Have any of you men heard of a Bullworker? They have been around for a long time. My son plays high school football and with practice lasting two hours, it's hard to get time to lift weights during the season. Anyway this Bullworker gives him a good workout and takes only about 30 minutes. No it won't build Paul Anderson type strength or Steve Reeves type muscles but it is effective for gaining strength and keeping the muscles toned. Let me hear your commets if you know about the Bullworker.

Never heard of it. Maybe a description is in order.

The Bullworker was heavily advertised back in the '70s and I bought one as a teenager and from looking at the website link it's still pretty much the same now as it was then. The way I remember its effects is like you describe, a quick way of having a workout that had some benefits, but not as good as a real weightlifting session.

Sounds like it is good in an emergency.

That's a good one okra! Your emergency workout, great for protracted power outages and sudden loss of weightlifting equipment. I needed that laugh!

One thing is for sure it's a lot better then sitting on your rear end, eating cake and watching I Love Lucy.
