Arthur is at a cross roads. He got owned by Frochy tonight. I watched the replay on Showtime. He was made to look almost like an armature. Froch played with him and gave a masterful boxing clinic. Hitting and moving.

Arther needs to fire his trainer and get an American Traininer ASAP. Or I see the same thing with Ward.

Speaking of Ward, Showtime had a little bio on him prior to his fight. Yes, his father was white, as snow. He looked like Randy Johnson "Big Unit" HOF pitcher. He died of a heart attack back in 2005. Man, Andre's mom must have had a coal black complexion for him to look more black.

I was expecting Abraham to take this fight. I don't have a problem with another white fighter winning though. I thought Abraham would possibly win the tournament but I guess not.

Looks like former IBF middleweight champion Arthur Abraham will take on Stjepan Bozic (24-4, 15 KOs) in a tune-up fight on February 12 in in Mühlheim an der Ruhr, Germany, according to BILD. Bozic is just 14 months removed from a world title fight against Dimitri Sartison for the vacant WBA super middleweight belt in November 2009. This bout will help Abraham get ready for his SUPER SIX semi-final showdown with Andre Ward, who currently shares a portion of the WBA belt with Sartison. Ward-Abraham could land on May 14. "I want to get rid of any rust,"Â￾ King Arthur told BILD. "This is why I'm taking the fight against the Croatian. Otherwise the pause would be too long to me leading into this important fight against Andre Ward."Â￾

AA needs to go back down to MW, IMHO. Abraham was much more effective at MW (his natural fighting weight) because he just doesn't seem as fluid or powerful at SMW.

AA should win this fight. Then hire a different trainer and devise an A and B strategy to beat Andre Ward. His team needs new or different man in his corner. My selection would be Roach, Bloodworth, Goossen or Steward.

King Aurthur gets 2nd round KO. Now on to bigger and better things. I really hope he hires one of the trainers I mentioned earlier.

He can't make middleweight and be healthy. He used to look like a competition bodybuilder when he made weight at 160. I agree he is fighting stronger guys at 168 and his game is based on his rugged style. Which is blunted at 168. Pavlik will probably have similar problems at the higher weight too.

When he fights excellent Andre Ward, he will definitely need to bring his A game. IMHO he will need to start faster and assault Wards body big time for the first 4 rounds, then start attacking the head.

Abraham will need to be in supreme condition and keep up the attack for all 12 rounds. Bottom line he will need to be Roberto Duran in the first Leonard fight. Luckily for him Ward is not Ray Leonard. Like I said before, he needs to hire one of the trainers I mentioned earlier. My choice would be Roach or Steward. It clearly needs to be done.

He looked a bit sluggish when fought Dirrell. He should weigh in at 166 lbs., to be a bit quicker. No doubt his fight with Ward will be huge from a CF point of view. If he can pull the upset, the winner of the Super Six will most likely be a White Man and a top five PFP fighter. I can't see Johnson beating peaking Frochy at this point.

Andre Ward is not "excellent" or else he wouldn't need to have all his Super Six fights at home with crooked referees like Jack Reiss who let him deliberately headbutt, and repeatedly hit while holding. He holds a lot to protect his chin, he was knocked down by clubfighters soon after he turned pro.

Ward will lose the first time he faces a world-class fighter in a neutral location with fair officiating.

Ok Parody, a bit less than excellent. Why cant King Aurthur be the fighter than crushes him. Hmmm, let me think? Oh, how come he can't pull a Sergio Martinez, and make the ref and judges mute.

So what if Ward got dropped by club fighters. Pacquiao got KO'd twice when he was a teenager, big deal. The other fighters in the Super Six should have demanded parity. Oh, but I guess Ward's manager was doing an 'excellent' job insuring every advantage for his fighter. He was doing an 'excellent' job and earned every cent he got paid.

I believe Ward has faced world class fighter in the Viking Warrior. On that night, it could have been on the moon, and Kesseler would have still lost. It just was not his night, Ward was better that night.

He should have been fighting Kessler in Denmark, since Mikkel was the champion.

Ward's home ref Jack Reiss kept admonishing Kessler for nothing between rounds during the fight, and permitted Ward to hit off the break, to deliberately headbutt and to hit while holding. This confused Kessler and threw him off his game.

Mikkel had serious cuts over both eyes from Ward's butts. The crooked referee smirked when Ward landed the last butt, seeing Mikkel was badly hurt. If it had been an honest referee in there, Ward would have lost by disqualification.

Those headbutts no doubt contributed to Kessler's current injury and layoff because of the eye problem. Even before that last, most obviously deliberate headbutt, Mikkel had been blinking for several rounds after a previous nasty Andre Ward headbutt to the other eye.

Westside, I'm surprised you are more pro-Andre Ward than most boxing fans on the mainstream websites. Most people see him as a pampered, over-protected fighter with an ugly "headbutt & hold" style who needs to have home advantage so he's allowed to cheat.

Abraham was clearly trying to box more. He was more active than usual, throwing more jabs, going to the body. It's too bad we couldn't have seen more rounds to see if he had the discipline to stick to that.

Parody, I am not pro Ward, although, he is half White from his father, one should discount that altogether?

I very much wanted Kesseler to win that fight against Ward. I, however, 'calls it, as I sees it'. The better man won, no matter how many excuses you pull out of your hat. I don't remember Kesseler making excuses.

How smart would I sound if I said 'Payton Hillis is great, but AP sucks, becuase he fumbles more than he should. Hillis fumbled alot this year because it is first full year playing.' Both are excellent, I have an eye for talent not excuses.

Crooked refs will always be part of the game. That is why fighters with elite talent have 'excellent' managers that will insure fair fight and no dirty tricks, and not allow house or dirty refs. Quite simple.
