Another UFC where white fet swept

Disappointing day for white athletes in the UFC. It is becoming quite common for non-white to dominate whites in the UFC. In fact I cannot remember when the last time a white fighter beat a black one in a high profile UFC fight. Don't mean to be the bearer of bad news. But I believe that the UFC is on the cusp of being dominated by non-white fighters.

One bright spot tonight was the Polish fighter stopping Drew McFedries in the second round. Don't forget that white still claim 5 of the top 10 p4p fighters in MMA and two of the 5 titles in UFC.

Franklin and Cro Cop are retreads and no great loss. Plus, they both lost to white Brazilians. But WTF was up with Martin Kampmann losing to a journeyman black fighter? Definitely the disappointment of the night.

Franklin was hit three times in the back of the head. Vitor should have been disqualified. The guy is no retread. He's only lost to some of the greatest ever - Anderson Silva, Dan Henderson, and Lyoto Machida. He's still got game.

Yeah, Cro Cop has been done since 2007. A journeyman/gatekeeper at best. Very small for a heavyweight.

- Brian Bowles KO's (supposed) top 5 P4P (Mexican) fighter Miguel Torres for the WEC Bantamweight title.

- UFC WW Champ Georges St.Pierre beat Brazillian Thiago Alves to retain the champ.

- WEC Featherweight champ Mike Brown defends his title by sub'ing Mexican fighter Leonard Garcia.

- UFC HW monster Shane Carwin KO's Brazillian "Napao" Gonzaga to earn the title shot against (White) champ Brock Lesnar.

- Nate Marquardt TKO's Brazillian Gouveia (prior to KO'ing undefeated Maia).

- WEC Lightweight champ Jamie Varner TKOs afflete Marcus Hicks to defend his title.

...and there's tons of other mid-card fights where White fighters dominated non-Whites. Also, White fighters hold 5 of 8 major MMA titles (*6 of 8 if you count half-White BJ Penn & Lyoto Machida).

Some people are way too quick to throw in the towel for White fighters. I expect a heavy Brazilian presence, considering the long history of MMA in that country, but Whites will continue to be well represented from across the White world for a long time. White prospects continue to flower even now. There may be a few mud champs every now and then, that has to be expected in such an internationally popular sport, but dominate White fighters aren't going anywhere. And I suspect this sport will never see another winning streak like Fedor's.

LOL! Naw, I don't, nor have ever taken any psych meds. In fact I don't even consume alchohal. What I am however is a very emotional person. When I like a team, or a fighter I tend to take it personal when they lose. When race is involved that emotion gets heightened because I know that there are those that are out there that want nothing more than to see my people lose. Now, a rundown from yesterday. I did not mind the Belfort Frankiln fight. Quite frankly, I thought Vitor had a excellent shot at winning the fight. Dido for Crocop. Crocop was getting caught flush my Mustapha Al Turq before coming on strong to finish him. (He also poked him in the eye as well) The Kampmann fight was the fight that made me say f*ck the UFC. VERY disappointing fight from a caste perspective. As to alot of the fights Dixie mentioned, look, I try and follow MMA as closely as my location allows. But NONE of them fights are EVER on TV out here. I have cable and I still can't see those fights. They are simply not carried out here. I was so pissed yesterday. I posted this crazy sh*t on here as a result. Do I think blacks will dominate MMA? Hell no, I never really thought that. I was just speaking on raw emotion literally SECONDS after the Kampmann fight. The Crocop fight had not even happened yet when I posted this. I tend to say things I don't really mean when I am ultra pissed. I think most people do. Me saying blacks will dominate MMA was such a thing. If anyone on here is married then you know what I mean when it comes to saying sh*t that you do not really mean when you are mad.

there aren't to many black fighters that impress me. Rampage is very overated he seems to have not improved his style much. Melvin Guillard is a smaller version of Kevin Randleman. Rashad is a good counterstiker but I don't see him as championship calliber. Paul Daily did good but fighter like Jake Sheilds and Nick Thompson have dominated him. The one black fighter that has impressed me is black brazilian Anderson Silva.
The reson for the brazilian doing so well has to do with the fact that they have been training in mma since the sixties.I think eventually you are going to see more american wrestlers competeing in mma events and Americans should improve greatly in the sports.

AA31, I understand partner. I have a pretty bad temper, BUT I've lengthened my fuse quite a bit since getting married & having kids.When I was younger, I had a short fuse. The whole caste system is majorily frustrating (for those intelligent enough to recognize it).

Hawkeye, Rampage is very overrated & Evans will probably KO him. Jon Jones has yet to face top level competition. Machida, Couture & Henderson would teach him a lesson. Anthony Johnson was exposed on the mat (via sub) by Rich Clementi. Johnson would be summarily destroyed by GSP and Fitch. We all see what's happened to "caste favorite" Kongo...exposed by Marrero & Herring. I think Frank Mir subs him easily at UFC 107.

Welcome back aussie. I did the same thing; I posted immediately after the fights, pissed about the illegal blows and Kampmann fight. I saw your post and it added to my frustration, so I responded in kind.
