The left uppercut was perfect! Sorta like the one Bute threw last week. The opponents never saw it coming.

Their promotional company is near bankrupt? I know they took a bit hit when the Klitschkos let their contracts expire and started K2. Many top promoters ride a hot fighter and when he leaves or retires the promotional company disbands or scales back.

They lost their TV deal with German network ZDF and probably sponsors along with it. They also lost Adnan Catic/"Felix Sturm" recently enough and he was probably their most notable fighter. The location for the fight was the Universum gym in Hamburg, which says it all really.

I'd like to see guys like Boytsov and Chakiev move on from them.

About the fight itself, I only caught the last 2/3 rounds. It was a sick uppercut that put Sosnowski out. Anyone know what the scorecards were up until then?

I knew Michael Sprott wouldn't be easy for Dimitrenko because he's been Wladimir Klitschko's sparring partner the past couple of years.

But some people are being too hard on Dimitrenko on the boxing forums, as they usually are against white boxers.

English streams for this card:

http://www.onesoccertv.com/ch1.html

http://tykestv.eu/index.php

http://boxingguru.eu/gurutv1.html

Looks like they are showing four fights on the English-language streams: three 12 round fights (Stieglitz-Hamdan, Pulev-Dimitrenko, and Huckic-Afolabi) and one 8 rounder (Gerber-Harris).

It's supposed to start at 11:30 AM Pacific/2:30 PM Eastern.

The PolSat stream is starting even earlier and showing undercard fights such as Dirks-Ulrich, Woge-Hafner, and Graf-Palko).

PolSat undercard stream is starting now:

PolSat has Mateusz Masternak as a commentator today.

Graf, Woge and Zeuge all won by KO/TKO.

Zeuge is just age 19. Graf seems slow, but he punches hard. Woge has a very aggressive, crowd-pleasing style.

Dirks vs. Ulrich on now.

I saw this fight on Youtube and Dimetrenko looked lost when he gets hit again. He truly looks like the White Micheal Grant when he gets tagged. If he is going to rescue his career he needs to call Emmanuel Steward. He just doesn't fight tall and box smaller guys on the outside. His chin is too poor for him to be rumbling in the smaller fighters punching range. He is about 30 so he nees to do this ASAP...

I saw the tail end of the fight and thought the stoppage a bit quick but Dimitrenko was staggering around like he'd had a few before the fight. His body language and demeanor are very poor and that is part of what a referee is watching when a guy is doing well.

I'd already written Dimitrenko off as somebody to expect much from anyway.
