Maction kicks off the week, and Miami (OH) wideout Jack Sorenson kicks it into high gear, scoring on the RedHawks’ first offensive play of the game.

after a fumble recovery by the defense, Miami (OH) ran a flea flicker on their first snap, and Sorenson was running wide open behind the secondary. the result: a 58-yard touchdown.

it’s good to see Sorenson picking up where he left off last week. this dude isn’t hyped, but he’s certainly a big time playmaker.

Gabbert just missed Sorenson for what might’ve been another touchdown.

i can’t get past the obvious double standards and outright fabrications regarding black affletic “superiority” (or White athletic deficiencies) we incessantly hear ...

tonight Miami (OH) started a running black who is 5-foot-9, 160lbs and a black wideout who is 5-foot-7, 183lbs.

i’m “certain” there isn’t a single White athlete in the Ohio region worthy of competing for those positions. goodness.

Flipped over to EW/Ohio. Hopeful to catch a few carries by Samson Evans. Jake Neatherton, one time AJO backup and one that’s been buried on the depth chart, just had a great drive.
Multiple decent runs of eight yards, etc....I’ll keep watching and gather some stats....

Samson Evans had a nice 35 yard run in the first half....
He is at 51 yards rushing on 4 carries at the half.
Neatherton has 35 yards on 6 carries.

Let’s see if there are opportunities for the boys to get 100.
Need some carries.

Good to see Ohio U. RB Jake Neatherton get some carries!

Too bad things don't seem to be working out for former FCS Star WR Bryce Nunnelly at Western Michigan.

Some good news! Sorenson should be on NFL radars! 11TDs for Samson Evans is awesome. Good decision for him to transfer.

Nunnelly and Ratzlaff have been screwed since moving up..

Sorry I missed the MACtion last night. Always great to see our guys show well. It always seems to be after the midway point of the season though. Sorenson finishing the season strong! Samson Evans should be more than a goal line RB.

Carson Steele and Will Jones will be on tonight!

Jack Sorenson has now gone over 100 yards receiving in 5 consecutive games. he’s certainly worth the price of admission.

looking forward to seeing Carson Steele tonight for the first time. hope he has the goods this evening!

Steele looks like the real deal in his few carries so far! Announcers referring to him as a "man child" talking up his ripped physique as a Freshman.

he’s gonna have his work cut out for him tonight; four starters on the Ball State offensive line are out tonight due to injury.

This kid is amazing. Carson Steele already has 9 carries for 85 yards in the 2nd quarter. The kid looks
like a supersonic freight train. He reminds me of Toby Gerhart. It's a crime he is at Ball State.

Yes indeed Rocky B! Freshman RB Carson Steele with a 50 yard run! Back up RB Will Jones got a carry where he should have bounced to the outside

No.Illinois FB Fullback Clint Ratkovich with his team leading 8th TD Run of the season! Announcers say he's been invited to East -West Shrine game

I love this stuff.....I wish we had more than a dozen running backs to watch....
A half dozen that actually carry significantly.

I was looking up Tate Carney the other day....Looking forward to him at Wake next several years. Shipley is the main man. I need to research some of our guys that were due to come out this year....Cole Mueller is rocking the FCS....Not sure if he’s been reported on lately, but he has been doing well...

NIU WR Cole Tucker a 58 yard TD Catch ( 4 - 82 ) on a nice throw from Rocky Lombardi (Michigan State transfer)!!

Yes sir Rocky B .Cole Mueller(Illinois State) is having a great Freshman season! He was on Week 9 Re Cap ...and a few others ....but last week he was stuffed ; so stats were not mentioned ; Seems like sky is the limit!

Thanks for your Running Back research Rocky B!

Ball State RB Will Jones with the catch nearly scores TD.....
Carson Steele 87 yards rushing 1st half on 11 carries

that Northern Illinois fullback (Ratkovich?) looks very good.

also for the NIU offense, it looks like wideout Cole Tucker is getting his burst back. if memory serves, he led the team in receiving a couple years ago before blowing his knee last year.

Ball State freshman tailback Carson Steele ended up going over 100 yards on the night despite not having many holes to run through. i lost track of how many times he was hit in the backfield, but it would be interesting to see a stat for his broken tackles. he has a bright future. it’s curious that he didn’t get any carries near the goal line, however.

additionally, if his teammates (especially the diminutive wideout/running black) did as good a job lead blocking for him as Steele did for them, this dude would run for 200 yards a game. he’s VERY physical and unselfish.

for NIU, wideout Cole Tucker also topped the 100-yard mark (6 for 103 and 1 touchdown). his 58-yard score was a thing of beauty! he also returned punts. it looks like his burst is finally returning after his knee injury a season ago.

Kenny Pickett became Pittsburgh's All Time Leading Passer tonight! Initially looked like it would be a Pittsburgh blowout, but UNC is battling back late.

Desmond Ridder has throw 300+ yards tonight but Alec Pierce is only 3-24 unfortunately. TE Josh Whyle is the leading receiver with 5-61-1. Whyle doesn’t put up big numbers but I see him having a decent NFL career as a TE2 or TE3.

Pickett had another good showcase game against solid competition. I have to think Pickett is now the leader for the first QB drafted. All of his skills/ability are translatable to the NFL game - he reminds of Derek Carr.

Yep I agree with all of that, the media hyped up Spencer Rattler and Malik Willis like no other before the season and they’re both falling fast. Rattler will stay and transfer but some dumbass team will probably take Willis in round 2 or late in round 1. I don’t see any way Pickett isn’t the 1st QB selected, Matt Corral is creeping up on that #1 spot with Carson Strong in the top 5 as well.

I like the Derek Carr comparison, both about the same size with athleticism but not the kind that jumps out. Both are decisive and and don’t force unnecessary deep balls, good at carving up a D all the way down the field on nice short-intermediate throws. I watched the Pitt game the other day and man when he throws the ball that thing is pretty.

Rattler seems like an entitled turd. I am glad to see him limp out of Oklahoma - who knows what other school will try to sign him - probably Tennessee with their cuck head coach Heupel. Willis is media hype - his second half of the season so far has not been impressive but my guess is some team will waste a 1st round pick on him just like the 49ers did for Lance.

Corral is interesting - plays more physical this year but his a talented passer in his own right, he needs to cut down on the physical running and focus more on his passing game - the arm talent is there.

Strong has been impressive in every game I've watch - he throws a great deep ball but also the zip on out routes, flat routes and those WR screens - he gets the ball their in a hurry. Hopefully his knee checks out ok - that's my only worry with him. I believe the Vikings were scouting him a few weeks ago. Could be a solid replacement for Cousins a few years down the road. Out of all the pre-season QBs that were discussed only Strong has come out and exceeded expectations.

Looking ahead to today's games:

Alabama schedules a cupcake in week 11 - they won't be criticized

Michigan - PSU - PSU has really fallen off since the Iowa loss. Will Franklin be jumping ship this year?
Oklahoma - Baylor - Don't care for either quota led team but if the Bears win this one that will knock Oklahoma out of the CFB rankings.
Northwestern - Wisconsin - the Badgers buzz saw defense will probably embarrass the Wildcats who have yet to find their passing game this season. Maybe Mertz takes another small step in the right direction with his development.
Georgia - Tennessee - UGA is CF's SEC team this year just due to Bowers and McConkey. The Volunteers led by caste cuck Heupel are everything wrong with college football.
Purdue - Ohio St - Purdue should have confidence coming into this game verse Ohio St. A win by the Boilermakers will remove Ohio State from the CFB playoff. Purdue's QB is better than Ohio State's quota. Hopefully Horvath and Anthrop both play well today and Karaliftis harasses the Ohio St quota.
Minnesota - Iowa - Iowa replaces Petras with Padilla. Hopefully that helps the offense . Jones, Ragaini and La Porta should all be featured more. Iowa's defense remains one of the top in the country. It sounds like Riley Moss is returning today as well.
Miami - FSU - Just interested in Tyler Van Dyke who is the story no one is talking about. Comes in and replaces the overrated quota who was supposed to win a heisman and bring the Hurricanes back to championship contetion. The quota failed and Van Dyke has come in and been true QB - he's only a freshman so he development will be something to track.
Boston College - Ga Tech - Jurkovec surprised with a return last week. Let's hope his hand is a little better and he is throwing more than running this week.
Washtigton St - Oregon - Hopefully Borghi has a big game against the Ducks to boost his draft stock. It would be nice to see him hit 1k total yards this year - he currently has 571 rushing yards/107 receiving with three games left. Oregon also does not belong in the top 4 or College Football conversation.
