Arguably the most anti-white program in the country, Mississippi State has started 1, 2, 2, 3, 5, 5, 2, 2 and 2, 2, 3, and 1 white(s) since 2005. The uber-athletic QB Nick Fitzgerald is one of the best in the country and will hear his name in the draft next spring. Oddly enough as Fitzgerald sits out the opener due to a violation of team rules, the lone white starter will be redshirt freshman WR Austin Williams. By all reports the 6'3" wideout has been a breakout star in camp, CBS Sports even selected him as one of the potential breakout underclassmen of the year. Williams is the lone bright spot on a very dark roster. Offense - QB - Nick Fitzgerald WR - Austin Williams Defense - None The precious few back ups on the two deep include LG Evans Wilkerson and C Blake Mitchell. Keep an eye on RS Freshman safety Landon Guidry who could sneak onto the field.
