Football actually returned last Saturday with a tremendous clash between reigning FCS dynasty North Dakota State and regular contender Montana. New coach Bob Stitt led Montana to a 38-35 upset, with white HB Joey Counts plunging into the end zone from the 1-yard line with two seconds left. Bob Stitt is an innovative "gimmick" coach promoted from the Colorado School of Mines, where he turned a winless program of engineers into a winning franchise. This could mark the start of a great rivalry, provided no universities raid these deserving coaching staffs.

This weekend has some interesting non-conference matchups. I'll start with some of Thursday's games (and projected white starters):

Minnesota (10/11) vs #2 TCU (5)
Michigan (11) vs Utah (5)
UNC (8) vs South Carolina (6)
FIU (4) vs UCF (4) ... I just included this one for a laugh

The late Friday night game is:
Washington (8?) vs Boise St (11)

Saturday's highlighted caste matchup has to be Wisconsin's 14 white starters against whatever Nick Saban trots out. I'll leave those for a later post.

Nice writeup Phall and thanks for getting the ball rolling on the college football season.

Watching the South Carolina/UNC game and that metrosexual Jesse Palmer is in mid-season caste form stating that Connor Mitch has "just enough athleticism" to make him dangerous running the ball.

"surprisingly athletic" Wake Forest quarterback John Wolford with a highlight worthy 70-yard touchdown run against Elon.

tailback Matt Gudzak waltzed in for a 13-yard catch and score to give FCS Villanova the lead over UConn with under 2 minutes left in the first half.

Glad to see 2 black quarterbacks lose today - Williams from UNC and Holman from UCF. The FIU QB - true sophomore Alex McCough had a really good game.

Phall, thanks for writing the caste matchups. :)

I appreciate y'all doing the college write-ups as well. Like our CF brother Col.Reb, I don't have anywhere near the spare time that I used to. Much obliged to y'uns!

I know what we think about TCU, but in a pretty positive development, they have two athletic freshman white LBs playing a TON tonight. True Freshman Mike Freeze and RS Freshman Ty Summers have looked pretty good.

Scooby left his game with an apparent knee injury. Hopefully it's nothing serious. He is supposed to have an mri today.

Seth Russell is having quite a first half. Of course BSPN describes Baylor as "plug and play at QB". Never did they describe RGMe in that way.

Good skill set

Only a few games in and I am already disappointed in a few things but Russell is an all around QB and his long sprinting TD run was called back due to some fringy penalty--don't you hate it when a white guy gets robbed of glory?

Nice play by Stanford NT Harrison Phillips with the bull-rush of Northwestern's Center and the hurry of Northwestern's QB and tipped pass. Color guy gives him some respect but then says "some people were surprised he won the starting job". Who, exactly, are those "people" that were "surprised". Just another backhanded Caste tactic.

I caught that too. So sick of the caste speak by these announcers year after year. It was a great play by him.

Otherwise the game is actually pretty entertaining to watch.

I am flipping between the Stanford-Northwestern game and the Iowa game. That dope Matt Millen just said that all linebackers are washed up running backs. He was saying this in regard to a nice play made by a white Illinois St LB. No Matt - all white linebackers were probably productive RBs but moved to their racially proper position per the caste system you mustached caste buffoon.

BSPN is somehow surprised by Shaw's way too conservative play calling on third down. This has been my biggest gripe with Shaw. He won't let Hogan command the offense and rely on his arm to move the ball. Hogan is in his 4th year starting, let him throw the damn ball instead of always being so predictable.

It looks like the ghost of Zach Zenner is haunting Kansas:

Brady Mengarelli 5 carries 48 yds and a 1
Jake Wieneke 5 rec 125 yds and 2tds

Two white Jackrabbits making plays all over the perenially black and terrible Kansas Jayhawks so far in the first half.

Iowa DE Drew Ott being disruptive for Iowa with a couple of sacks and forced fumble. He should have a good chance at the next level.

As a side note, I've already seen three commercials where the girl is right and the guy is a wrong...All State, Progressive Insurance, and Cars.com. I'm sure there'll be more to come...

Drew Ott should've been playing for Nebraska, but Bo decided that some random three star black kids from the Deep South would be better than him. The result? No DE depth this year for the Cornhuskers. Hopefully, Riley actually will take advantage of Nebraska's in-state talent like Tom Osborne did in their heyday.

Oh, and Stanford's white safety is converted QB Dallas Lloyd, who I believe is starting since Zach Hoffpauir want the baseball route.

Same thing with the starting DT Harrison Phillips of Stanford. Pelini didn't recruit him until late and then was thinking only O Lineman for him instead of DL. Thanks for the bit about Dallas Lloyd. Hopefully he will be the starter the rest of the season.

Shaw's Stanford certainly doesn't looks as good as Harbaugh's Stanford did. The way they are playing today, I can't see them doing too much in the Pac12.

On the flip-side, Northwestern is looking pretty good under Fitzpatrick. He seems to really know how to motivate them and make them execute well on both offense and defense.

I have never been a Shaw fan. I feel his is a pretty good recruiter but as a leader and strategist his talent is lacking. His play calling is not creative enough to keep defenses honest. He only knows a power running game utilizing two tight end sets. He has handcuffed Hogan during his whole career.

Well Stanford has disappointed on offense. Looks like they have alot of work to do and Shaw needs to figure out how to call anything more than sweeps, running the ball up the middle and short passes to tight ends over the middle. His playcalling and clock management are terrible. No sense of urgency.

Hats off to Northwestern who have played a great game and they seem to have a solid young QB to lead them. Dean Lowrey the Northwestern defensive end has had a nice game.

It's been fun watching South Dakota State's nearly all white offense throttle the too black Jayhawks. They just scored, and are now up 41-31 in the 4th quarter.

Ha! It's official South Dakota State beat the Kansas Blackhawks, 41-38.

Hey Kansas, why didn't you recruit the players that just ended up beating you? Any particular reason?
