There is talk going around that Bortles will declare Monday. I hope this is true. He and manziel could go top 10. As long as sewerwater doesn't go #1 i'm satisfied.

Bortles has declared and it sounds like Manziel will be formally declaring soon. This draft should flood the NFL with at least 10+ white QBs: Bortles, Manziel, Carr, Murray, Mettenberger, Fales, Brett Smith, Jimmy Garrappolo, McCarron, Connor Shaw, Jordan Lynch. All of these guys can play - It is one of the deepest and most talented QB classes I can recall.

It is important that all the black quarterback teams in the playoffs lose. The spread option was neutralized this season and the Seahawks, Panthers and 49ers are in the playoffs due more to having the top 3 defenses and good running games than their black quarterbacks. No one in the media, BSPN or DWFs will admit to this though so if they have success it will artificially inflate any of the black quarterbacks stock in this years draft.

I actually hope Sewerwater does go #1 to Houston and flops big time. Hopefully that will set the black quarterback movement back even further. I'd also like to see Jacksonville take the local kid Bortles and see him breathe some life into a franchise thats been dormant for several years.

Actually i just thought of the perfect scenario. Cincy does not deserve Dalton. They trade him or cut him and somehow draft sewerwater. That whole orginization from marvin lewis and beyond will flop. It will set up a future case study of the failure of a black hc and starting qb and the disaster that follows. Manziel to houston and Bortles to jax would be perfect.

I oon't want him to go to the Texans, it won't take that much for the Texans to win, they can have both a dominant defense and running game. He would just have to be a game manager. I mean the Jets have a lesser version of this and they went 8-8 with Geno playing terrible, with many saying "you can't give up on him yet". But I won't be surprised to see him on the Texans, I think we will see more black quarterbacks in the AFC with the thinking that this is the best possible way for one of them to land in the Superbowl, or two. However, guys like Kaepernick and Wilson have a limited window with a small rookie contract, like 500k or something for Wilson, leaving more money to pay other players, once they demand more money, they will be surrounded by less talent and be forced to carry the team more like a Rodgers, Brady, Manning, Brees etc, which won't happen, unless they want to get cheap White players, which isn't their teams method.

Manziel on the Texans would be a great fit but I doubt it would happen.

Johnny Football is flying after draft boards, even Mel Kiper has him going no.1 to the Texans!!

http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draf...-nfl-draft-mel-kiper-unveils-first-mock-draft Kiper actually dishing out some praise for Johnny in this video link!! Surprising but obviously welcome.

http://www.businessinsider.com/johnny-manziel-nfl-draft-stock-soaring-2014-1
I skimmed an article yesterday that mentioned Kiper's draft board. They derided him as a nut of sorts and that we should all just pay attention to Todd McShay, since he's the "expert" and likes the great Teddy Bridgewater. The agenda is crystal-clear.

Johnny Manziel

I'm pretty shocked at the way Manziel has sky rocketed up the draft boards. A few months ago he wasn't even a 1st-2nd round pick and now he's virtually a lock for the top 5. Why is the media actually being somewhat fair to him now ? I thought dual threat white quarterbacks were public enemy number one from their perspective. My theory is that it's a combination of things. First off Manziel's talent can't be denied or swept under the rug, he's just that phenomenal.

Secondly the media's character assassination campaign which started around this time last year has been wildly successful. He has a bad public image and he's generally disliked by the DWF. We don't have to worry about White kids in Kansas or Nebraska looking up to Johnny Manziel as a role model. White parents in Texas won't want their sons growing up to be like him or their daughters marrying him. We don't have the Tim Tebow throwback to the 1950s prototypical male "problem" with Manziel.

And lastly Manziel is a wigger, but not in the sense that the word is used around here to describe old white coaches and analysts. He's a wigger in the traditional sense of the word. He's friends with rappers like Drake, he has a Drake tattoo, he hangs out with black professional athletes like LeBron James, he imitates the gestures that rappers make, etc. I can't really knock Manziel for his wiggerdom. Just like 98% of the population he's still plugged into the matrix, and rap/hip hop is a very powerful force in our "culture" today. The majority of young people probably listen to hip hop. I just think if Manziel had the same taste in music and culture as say Riley Cooper or Tim Tebow that the media wouldn't be giving him a pass and allowing him to have a successful career as a pro athlete.

But who knows maybe when the draft comes the system will Gerhart him and make sure a team who already has a good quarterback takes him. Rams, Falcons,Lions, and Bucs all have top 10 picks and are set at qb for the next decade.

No, with White qbs they can just send him to a terrible team with no weapons, terrible protection etc. Tim Couch, Derick Carr. Cleveland supposedly has interest in him, but also rumors of trading Josh Gordon and/or Cameron

maybe more white athletes need to be "wiggers". If thats what being an alpha white makes you these days then screw it. Better than these idiots who say "ill do whatever's best for team." nothings wrong with a little attitude. That's one thing blacks have plenty of and that whites often lack. I like the fire that johnny,Clay, and riley play with!

David Carr. and i agree. he was my Madden favorite back then, but his team's O-Line did him no favors... waste of a talent

Couple unheralded guys at LB that I think have a shot at the pros: Jack Tyler VT, Brock Coyle Montana, Jordan Tripp Montana, Jordan Zumwalt UCLA, Tyler Starr South Dakota, Ethan Armstrong Wisco, Glenn Carson Penn st, Nate Dreilung Pitt St,Andrew Wilson Mizzou, Dan Fox ND, Caleb Lavey Okst, and finally James Morris Iowa. past years deadlift did a great job of keeping track of our studs at LB with their game by game stats! I will say I miss his input and effort.

Lot of talent coming out this year! East west shrine game is on @3central on NFL network and shrine game is on @5c on ESPN 2

Yes indeed Celticdb...was about to post some of those under the radar LBers! Also...Johnny Millard from Cal-Poly

Those announcers are still sold Lynch deserves a shot at QB...Mayock comparing him to Rich Gannon(maybe not the passer)...Gannon was drafted as DB..But insisted on getting a chance at QB! Hang around as QB for a while & see if it works.

*D-Ends*
Trent Murphy-Stanford...Intense...hybrid DE/OLB
Trevor Reilly-Utah
Josh Mauro-Stanford
Taylor Hart-Oregon...good fit for 3-4 defense at 6'-6" 287
Ben Gardner-Stanford...injury
Cassius Marsh-UCLA
Colton Underwood-Illinois State
Jake Metts-Shippensburg...Intriguing prospect at 6'-7" 247

*D-Tackles*
Beau Allen-Wisconsin
Brent Urban-Virginia
Jamie Meder-Ashland

*Defensive Backs*
Ty Zimmerman-Kansas State...athletic ex-QB; starter since freshman year
Vinnie Sunseri-Alabama...
Daniel Sorenson-BYU
Tanner Miller-Iowa
Sam Holl-Baylor
Parker Orms-Colorado...played a little CB early in career

nice list! Delaware Zach Kerr is another guy at DT. Indiana's Greg Heban might get shot at safety

like the previously mentioned Orms at Colorado, Heban also began his career at cornerback. the kid is a phenomenal athlete.

he was a pitcher for the Hoosiers baseball team (90 mph fastball) before seeing the lack of talent in the football team's secondary. he then decided to walk on, and eventually became a starter at cornerback as a freshman. at 6-foot-1, he can dunk a basketball from standing flat-footed. he also has been repeatedly said to be the team's fastest player.

if not for the Caste System, one would surely wonder why he didn't remain at corner ...

Its just seen as "natural" to scouts and team personnel whenever you have a white corner bulk him up and move him to free safety. Just like a big running back turns into a fullback.. Best case scenario would be for Orms and Heban to carve out NFL careers at FS/CB tweeners like Weddle!

True! And if the recruiting services have their way...there may never be another white CB. Looks like they have attempted to purge Safety as well if you look at the Top 50 in Class of 14'. Eric Weddle should be playing more CB!

Seems like Zimmerman could go in the 2nd or 3rd Round...Sunseri should get drafted...unfortunately in the Caste System...the rest is a crap shoot!

Don't think DT Zach Kerr is white

Just wanted to review the entire LBer situation...who gets drafted/ What Round?

*ILB*
Chris Borland-Wisconsin...1st Round Talent; at 5'-11" goes in the 2nd? Another Zach Thomas?
Max Bullough-Michigan State...6'-3" 245 stud!
Glen Carson-Penn State...continue LBer "U" w/ Poz, Lee, Mauti, etc...
James Morris-Iowa...tackling machine will find his way on NFL Roster
Jordan Zumwalt-UCLA...Hardest Hit of the Bowl Season!
Andrew Wilson-Missouri
Steele DeVito-Boston College
Brock Coyle-Montana
Jack Tyler-Virginia Tech
Dan Fox-Notre Dame
Caleb Lavey-Oklahoma State

*OLB*
Morgan Breslin-USC...hopefully injury will not hinder draft status?
AJ Tarpley-Stanford...outside or inside?
Jordan Tripp-Montana
Brad Daley-Montana State
Nate Dreiling-Pittsburg State
Tyler Starr-South Dakota
Johnny Millard-Cal Poly

OLB/DE Trent Murphy should make an impact like Connor Barwin. Murphy totaled 15 sacks, 24.5 tackles for a loss, 62 tackles, six passes batted, one forced fumble and an interception returned 30 yards for a touchdown. He led the nation in sacks. Murphy will play at the Senior Bowl.

22 you're right name threw me off. I see Murphy,Reilly, and "Breslin as possible1st round picks if theyrun well. Borland should go 1st round,he's going to run faster than people think. As for the rest like you said its a crap shoot. To me it all depends on who gets invites to the combine. Tarpley is coming back for sr year should be one ifnthe top at his position next year.

I agree, when Manziel signed with the management group founded by Lebron James black childhood friend he fell into the good graces of the cathedral. Likewise latitude should be granted towards his wiggerdom. He's truly a product of the system, he'll mature. The truth will find its way regardless if it's hidden under a basket. I'm a case study.

I don't watch much college football, but I do sort of get into these all-star games because I follow the NFL and want to check out some of the white prospects.

This Jamie Meder, from a Division 2 school I never even knew existed, was simply dominant in the small time NFLPA All-Star game played at that tiny MLS stadium in front of (what seemed like) a few hundred fans. If I didn't know any better, I would've thought it was the odious Chivas USA club vs. some other lame squad like FC Dallas?

Anyway, Bill Polian was very complimentary towards Meder. Praised him heavily on a couple of occasions. That's not a huge surprise, as Bill seems to be more color blind than most. But ultra A-1 caste stooge Todd McShay was also very excited about him, which was borderline shocking....Kid must be really good? Hope he get's some chances to shine going forward and is drafted higher than round 5.

---------

Also, noticed McShay's "top prospect" in that game was a DT from Southern Miss. ESPN showed his stats: 0.5 sacks (total) last season, as a senior....Just 1 sack as a junior?

So, that's a modern day NFL prospect, a DT who registers 1.5 sacks his junior and senior years combined at a mid-major school? And he's only listed at 300 pounds, so he's not some 360 pound summo run-stuffer.

By the way, I wonder how many quality white DT's never get all-star or Combine invites, while a guy that can't even register 2 sacks as a junior and senior gets pushed near the front of the line?

People talk about a lack of whites safeties, where are the white DT's all of a sudden? Didn't Wisconsin have a bunch of whites on the D-Line?

What's holding these white DT's back, are they not doing well in the 40 yard dash, while these unathletic summo's are all running sub-4.3's at over 300 pounds?

Nice write up TT. Totally agree about Polian as a very white friendly talent evaluator. That moron McShay is just keeping the caste system in motion endorsing overrated sumos at the d-line position.

Another bizarre case is that of undersized DT Aaron Donald when you compare to Mitch King who had similar productivity in a better conference. Donald was being touted as a heisman candidate and a first round pick. Mitch King was written off and not drafted at all. I want to see how Donald compares to King at the combine.

The White DT conversation has been brought up time and again though. Most of the time our guys get converted from D-line to offensive line. I will say that in the past few years it seems that a small increase in white d-line men and OLBs has occurred. The interior d-line seems to be totally off-limits though.

Leonardfan, I vaguely remember King, who spent some time with Tennessee. I really had high hopes for them a few years ago when they drafted Karl Klug and a guy from Auburn (Zach Clayton?) who put up freakish/first-round caliber workout numbers at his pro day. Klug had a terrific rookie year, posting a lot sacks, but has since been relegated to "rotational-depth" status. Not sure what happened to Clayton, but such is life as a white DT in the NFL? Good thing is Caste-butt-plug Mike Munchak has been fired.

Also, I think in recent years, if there has been a slight glimmer of hope for talented (and fairly tall) white DT's in college, it's been that several good ones have been allowed to play in the NFL as 3-4 DE's? Goys like Adam Carrikker, Jared Crick, Derek Wolf and even J.J. Watt. Not sure why it's okay for them to be 3-4 DE's and not standard 4-3 DT's?

I really started to follow the NFL closely in the 1990's....Seemed like in the mid 1990's there were still quite a few decent white DT's and they were still being drafted to a reasonable rate. Philly had several real good ones (Harmon and Hall) and Atlanta had two white DT's starting in the Super Bowl back in January of 1999. But once we got into the 2000's, white DT's have become nearly extinct. Reason I simply can't understand?

Having watched a lot of NFL Films (I only watch pre-1986) there were many superstar white DT's in 80's and 1970's. Could guys like Joe Klecko and Marty Lyons even be drafted today? Or would they simply have been drafted as offensive lineman coming out of college?

Right now Manziel or possibly Bortles could be the first pick of the draft and will most certainly go in the top 10 picks. Teddy "Pigwater" also may go as the first pick as he supposedly is the "prototypical" quarterback and Manziel isn't. What a bunch of hogwash. The black quarterback agenda continues.

it seems like several of these guys pop up every year … White wideouts with phenomenal speed who "somehow" fell through the cracks.

trevormorning_zps04e5cb1a.jpg

Wisconsin-Stout's Trevor Morning is the most recent name to emerge in this trend. playing in virtual anonymity on a 4-6 team, Morning still embodies exceptionalism. he's been his team's big-play receiver for the past two seasons.

this season as a senior, he totaled 42 catches for 734 yards (17.4 avg) and 6 touchdowns. last year, he finished with 33 catches for 655 yards (19.8 avg) and 3 touchdowns (on a team that won just 3 games).

morningscores_zps6d09c473.jpg

Morning burns a helpless db

the following profile piece does a good job of relating his tale:

UW-Stout's Morning ready to show his stuff for NFL scouts
By Jesse O’Brien Leader-Telegram staff

Like many boys who grew up in the long shadow of Lambeau Field, Trevor Morning always dreamt of playing within its confines.

A Bloomer native, Morning would spend hours playing backyard football with his dad and his brother, acting out the roles of Packers greats Robert Brooks and Don Beebe.

“It’s everyone’s dream as a kid,â€￾ Morning said. “I’ve been a football junkie ever since I was four years old, and I always wanted to have the chance to play on the field those guys do, have my family and friends come out and just do what they do out there.â€￾

In less than three months, he’ll finally get his chance.

Following his senior season at UW-Stout, Morning was encouraged to apply to participate in one of the NFL Regional Scouting Combines by his trainer, former UW-Stout running back Ryan Englebert, who owns ETS Gym in Woodbury, Minn.

So the wideout sent in the $245 registration fee along with his college stats, accolades and a short bio, and waited.

A couple of weeks ago, he heard back — he had been registered for the regional combine March 29 in Indianapolis.

“When I got the letter, just that I could get down there to the Indy training facility, I was ecstatic,â€￾ he said. “It’s pretty big time.â€￾

To look at him, Morning isn’t an archetypal NFL prospect — at 5-foot-10, 185 pounds, he’s never been the biggest player on the field.

But that didn’t stop him from becoming UW-Stout’s primary deep threat, averaging 17.5 yards per catch in his three years as a starter.

Precise route running and blazing speed helped Morning consistently get behind his defenders, and coach Clayt Birmingham thinks those are the attributes that are going to attract the NFL scouts in attendance.

“The name of the game at the higher level is speed, and that’s definitely what makes him appealing,â€￾ he said. “But he’s got good strength too. Trevor was just a good athlete, and he’s a high-character kid. So it’ll be interesting to see how he stands out.â€￾

In his senior year, Morning was a team captain and caught 42 passes for a team-high 732 yards and six touchdowns, earning him honorable mention All-WIAC honors.

“I know my speed is going to be my best attribute that hopefully will catch some eyes,â€￾ he said. “With the game becoming more pass heavy, and me not being the biggest guy, I have to concentrate on speed and my hands and running good routes.â€￾

Morning said part of the reason he chose the Indianapolis Combine rather than one hosted in Chicago was to have extra time to fine tune those numbers. When the season finished, he continued to work on trimming seconds of his 40 time, which he estimates being somewhere in the neighborhood of 4.4.

Morning hopes to trim that time down to a high 4.3, but also knows he’ll have to do some dazzling when it comes to catching footballs and running routes.

“Coming from a small-town school and a small place, you’re not going to be looked at very much, so I’ve got to stand out and show what I can do,â€￾ he said. “You’ve got to do some eye-popping things.â€￾

It’s a long shot that Morning will be drafted — of the 254 players taken in the 2013 NFL Draft, only four participated in regional combines — but 29 regional combine participants were on opening day rosters (either on the active roster, practice squad or injured reserve), and 10 made 53-man active rosters.

But it is a shot, and that’s all Morning is asking for.

“All I’m hoping for is a chance,â€￾ he said. “That’s all I need. To have that one chance to show what I can do.â€￾
