Id put her success down to the fact she seems pretty in her own cheerful world, which gives her a pretty solid mental focus(Black/white athletic stereotypes or opinions of others mean nothing to her)then the rest is making the most of her god given physical capability.
If the average white person shared her or the darker alternative mentality of gritted teeth and aiming a big **** you towards the Jew west, there'd be white champs/medalists in every track event. Id put a white mans/womans natural physicality untouched by western societies mental poison ahead of every other group of people.
