Who's Docherty? :p

i honestly wish there was a way they both lost.

Hey, at one point I was hoping for a 0-0 tie...but thinking about it, SF winning would be the lesser of two evils. RGIII is THE most overrated quarterback in the NFL - overrated even by quota-back standards.

having worked with black kids at both the collegiate and public school levels for several years, i can tell you that this is 100% accurate. i can provide several anecdotes if anyone were to be interested. those black people … hilarious!

'tis a keen insight by FootballDad.
I'd be interested in hearing some stories.

Tonight's MNF and yesterday's SNF - what a contrast. Last night - games like that are why I still follow the NFL. Tonight - not even watching. black quarterbacks on both teams make it unwatchable for me.

Welcome aboard PamelaOC.

Contrary to what Chucky said, RG3 had a receiver wide open across the middle on that last Justin Smith sack!

If this keeps up, does Shanahan have the guts to bring in Kirk Cousins?

My guess would be no.

He might as well though because it looks as if he's on his way out in Washington.

Shanahan threw away the game at 10-6 going for 4th down on the 45. The 49ers have dominated ever since. Very impressed with SF white offensive linemen used for all kinds of athletic pulling for downfield run blocking.

Thanks for the welcome(s). One of the reasons I decided to take the leap from lurker to poster was that the Pats-Broncos matchup last night was such a great game, but on all the "mainstream" boards you just can't get away from all the liberal douchebags blaming Welker because his black teammate wasn't staying aware of where the ball was and allowed it to hit him.

Chris Collinsworthless indeed.

4th quarter, game's out of reach, prevent defense,...it's Griffin time, let's pad some stats!

Finally a defense keeps their boot to the Redskins neck and prevents the garbage time king from ascending his throne.

Nice! Gruden just threw RGScreen under the bus! He showed a "highlight" reel and starts counting, "that's 4..5..6..7...I count 8 screens that RG3 has completed, half of his completions are screen passes." Tell it like it is (for once), Chucky!

Wow, I looked at some of these boards and they're really bashing Wes Welker.

These anti-white DWFs are off their trolleys. They have no brains at all.

You know, I'm highly skeptical of Gremlin's listed size of 6'2, 217. He looks to be shorter and smaller than that, more like 6'1, 210, about the same as Convick.

It's just another desperate attempt by the media to hype him up.

Gremlin hit three different receivers the entire game. That shows a complete inability to read defense or to even look to a second or third option. He is a farce and the coaching staff knows it. Cousins would be starting if Snyder had no influence over the matter.

A lot of criticism all around for Griffin and Kapernick from the announcers and post-game analysts. Kind of unbelievable.....

Watching football where both teams have a Black quarterback—especially if there are few, if any White players of note in the game—is about as exciting as women's basketball or watching fat people try to do yoga.

Looking at Shanahan's grimace right after the game tells me all I need to know. It says that he wanted to yank RGscreen like 4 or 5 games ago and save the season and go with cousins. It says I am being controlled by the big heb upstairs. It says I am mother F'n pissed and may resign at the end of the season. It says I am tired of pretending that RGscreen is the future of the his team.

I agree. Shanahan looks miserable. He's also kind of lifeless on the sideline these days, reminiscent of the way we make fun of clueless black coaches when they are way out of their element.

Taking Cousins so soon after Griffin showed that Shanahan doesn't have confidence in Griffin's ability to be a top NFL quarterback, and he was right to hedge his bet. But he doesn't understand Dan Snyder's mindset, which is why it won't be surprising if Shanahan is fired before the final year of the five year deal he signed when he became the team's head coach. Snyder is as fanatically committed to the Caste System as any owner in the league and he'll blame the coaching staff and their "scheme" and bring in a new one to try and bring out Griffin's unparalleled "upside" that the entire corporate sports media had orgasms over last year when he made some big plays.

Griffin finished with 127 yards, 4.7 Y/A and a 58.7 quarterback rating. Hardly franchise quarterback numbers.
