This year's tournament is wide open and should provide plenty of surprises. I haven't watched much conference ball outside the Big Ten, so I can't give a thorough caste breakdown of each region. Without getting too far into predictions, I'll just start this thread by highlighting some intriguing matchups and rooting interests. Please feel free to append summaries and correct any oversights.

The Midwest region is pretty threadbare of white-friendly teams. Louisville plays sixth man Luke Han**** but not much else. You're left to cheer for Duke (Plumlee, Kelly, and the strength of its legacy) or seven-seed Creighton; otherwise, the underdogs all appear solidly over-matched. I'll keep my fingers crossed for Valparaiso anyway.

The West looks much more palatable, as Gonzaga, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, and OSU (if only for Defender of the Year Aaron Craft) all seem to have a manageable path to make the Final Four. Gonzaga will be the foremost DWF "upset pick", but despite their soft regular season schedule, they aren't lined up against any powerhouses.

The South region features a great first round matchup between CF MVP Nate Wolters and POY Trey Burke. Michigan is a tough draw for South Dakota State, but we will still be treated to multiple Steve Nash comparisons before Thursday's game. I saw two such references within the first hour of coverage before deciding to abstain from any previews for the rest of the week. Of course, without this forum, I wouldn't have even heard of Wolters. Kansas and star center Jeff Withey should be strong favorites overall.

Finally, the East region gives a clear path to white-friendly Indiana. I don't see any team slowing down their offense in the fashion of their conference losses. On the bottom half of the bracket, here's hoping that Butler can string together a few good games against Miami and over-rated Marquette. In fact, I probably won't be able to resist picking fourteen-seed Davidson as a Cinderella.

Virginia's Joe Harris, Maryland's Alex Len, and Iowa's majority-white rotation were left out this year, meaning the NIT could have a watchable semifinal as well.

Someone do a "whitest" bracket so I can at least fill a sheet out. I know some of the Big Ten teams but after that...? Gonzaga and Duke? Not anymore? Who else?

Here's an article from Steve Sailer's website, I'm sure most people are familiar with his stuff, if not you should be, he's one of the best writers on the internet. Although a bit of an anti-White athlete type of guy (not extreme) he does cover these types of issues in depth.

Unfortunately the article mentioned is an illustration of why White people are in such a sad and story state. The cultymarxy group has done it's job on our people. And this article is another regrettable example.

"The Most Hated College Basketball Players of the Last 30 Years"
[/h]With the NCAA basketball tournament underway, Grantland has a feature entitled "The Most Hated College Basketball Players of the Last 30 Years." It's a bracket of 32 (apparently) hated players, divided up into four sectors: the 1980s, the 1990s, 2000s, and Duke U.
    "Name someone you hate."
    ... It's Wojo.
Yes, Wojo. Hardcourt-slapping, charge-drawing, pass-and-cut-awaying Steve Wojciechowski, the honorable-mention All-American who played point guard for Duke from 1994 to 1998. I'm probably not alone in feeling this way — the Washington Times called him "the most reviled 6.6-point scorer in NCAA basketball history." ... In the moment, however, few things make my blood boil like some ACC pretty boy or deadeye shooter or egregious flopper or hard-nosed defender — or some unholy amalgamation of all these qualities. ...
The 32-player competition has four regions — one each for players from the 1980s, 1990s, and 21st century, and another for Duke Blue Devils. Before Coach K and the Cameron Crazies get too worked up about being singled out, let me explain the decision to turn part of this bracket into a mini-tournament of Duke hate. For starters, imagine the alternative. Think of all the Dukies who didn't make the cut: Carlos Boozer, Kyle Singler, Trajan Langdon, Brian Zoubek, Ryan Kelly, the Brothers Plumlee, Chris Collins, Thomas Hill, Alaa Abdelnaby, and many, many more. If Duke weren't confined to its own quadrant, half the athletes in the competition might be Blue Devils. And if they were peppered throughout all the regions, an all-Duke Final Four wouldn't just be a possibility — it would be a likelihood.
... There's not much mystery to what turned us off about Bill Curley and Eric Montross — they were white stiffs with terrible haircuts. And does anyone bring it all together in one package better than Tyler Hansbrough? Psycho T had it all — accolades galore, 4,000 percent effort, and those bugged-out, demonstrative, lunatic eyes. Plus, during an era in which few players with serious NBA futures spend more than two years in school, it felt like Hansbrough never left.
Much of the anti-Duke hate, of course, is the twisted mirror image of Chinese people liking Jeremy Lin for being Chinese: Duke hate is a phenomenon of white fans hating a mostly white team for being mostly white and winning at the black man's game. Six of the eight Duke players are white (and Shane Battier has a white mother. Update: so does Austin Rivers). My vague recollection is the inflection point in Duke Hate came in the early 1990s when Duke upset a black-dominated U. of Nevada Las Vegas team that the press had been extolling as the greatest college team ever.

Much of the hatred seems to be directed at the more genetically inferior players who succeed in college basketball based more on work ethic and character.

Judging from the racial makeup of the three decades, anti-white hatred appears to be a growing phenomenon. Only one (Danny Ainge) of the eight widely hated players from the 1980s is white. Only two of eight from the 1990s are whites. But of the 2000s, six are white (and Joakim Noah has three white grandparents).

P.S. Here are the results among Grantland readers (not a particularly vibrant bunch):

    Most hated: Christian Laettner (white)
    Runner-up: Tyler Hansborough (white)
    Semifinalist: Eric Montross (white)
    Semifinalist: Rick Fox (half-white half-black, good-looking)
    Quarterfinalist: J.J. Redick (white)
    Quarterfinalist: Danny Ainge (white)
    Quarterfinalist: Mateen Cleaves (black)
Quarterfinalist: Joakim Noah (3/4th white 1/4th black, oddly feminine-looking)

Not exactly representative of the racial demographics of college basketball stars.

I was planning on doing a team by team breakdown again with Jimmy, but we didn't have time to do it this year, but I will give a quick run down of white players that each team plays.

    White Teams to Root For:

5 White Starters- South Dakota State - possibly the only all-white starting 5 left in Div. 1 lead by do everything guard Nate Wolters.

4- Davidson - led by forward Jake Cohen, hopefully these guys can knock off Marquette.

    Valporaiso -
They are a fearless team led by senior Australian forward Ryan Broekoff. They play Mich. St. in the first round.

3- New Mexico - a very surprising three at New Mexico to say the least; big men Alex Kirk and Cameron Bairstow lead the team, while guard Hugh Greenwood plays great defense

Wisconsin- led by senior big man Jared Berrgren.

Notre Dame- Jack Cooley remains one of the Irish's best players, Pat Connoughton is a deadly shooter when he's hot.

Butler- Rotnei Clarke is simply a beast for Butler, he can knock down the three along with fellow starter Kellen Dunham, Andrew Smith also starts at center.

Belmont- a team that will surprise in the tournament; any one of their starting five can be their leading scorer on a given night
Gonzaga-one of the best teams to root for; the Zags' best players are both white men in Kelly Olynyk and Kevin Pangos. Mike Hart plays some awesome defense, and the Bulldogs have a VERY white bench, playing 3-4 just off of the bench.

St. Mary's -these guys are led by do everything guard Matthew Dellevadova. Played great against all black MTSU in the playin game.

    Colorado State -
a very fun team to watch; they are the top rebounding team in the country. They will play a few different white guys, but the Rams' best two are Colton Iverson and Pierce Hornung.

Albany -I don't know much about this team, but they will lose to Duke in the first round.

    2 White Starters

Creighton - They are led by do everything forward Doug McDermott, along with Grant Gibbs.

    Indiana -
led by Cody Zeller and Jordan Hulls; Will Sheehey is a great 6th man.

    Oregon -
Their best player is Kyle Singler's younger brother, EJ.

Duke -Even with Duke's recent darkening trend, their two best are still white men: Mason Plumlee and Ryan Kelly.

    Florida Gulf Coast-

    Montana

1 White Starter: I won't name them all, just the important teams.

Kansas - Their man man is shot blocker Jeff Withey, although Kansas's black freshman have stunted his scoring.

Ohio State -Aaron Craft is the engine that makes his team go, and he makes Ohio State watchable.

St. Louis -Rob Loe is the only white starter, but 2-3 more whites get time off the Billikens' bench.

NC State -Scott Wood is the starter, and he's one of the Wolfpack's leading scorers, and a deadly 3 point threat.

    UNLV

    Michigan -
Nik Stauskas is a beast at guard; Michigan also gives a lot of playing time to Mitch McGary and Spike Albrecht off of the bench.

    Florida -
Erik Murphy is the Gators' best player.

Ole Miss -Who could forget about Marshall Henderson, the SEC's leading scorer. This guy has passion for the game, and is very fun to watch.

Others: Pittsburgh, K-State, Villanova, Temple (3 bench players who play a lot), Harvard (1-2 white starters), Bucknell (led by all America candidate Mike Muscala), Akron (2-3 white starters), Illinois, and Georgetown.

The rest of the teams are very dark, and do not play white players at all, or very play them little. If I missed anybody, please let me know! I hope that helps, Jaxvid!

Also, Boise State, with three white starters, is trying to come back right now against all black La Salle on TruTV.

Haha no problem Jax :). Well, there was a fun game on earlier, as Butler beat Bucknell today. It took both teams awhile to wake up, but the second half was definitely a good watch. Both teams play 3 whites and 2 blacks for a majority of the game, and I don't think either team played a majority of black players on the court.

Right now, Memphis and St. Mary's are currently playing on CBS in a caste matchup.

Davidson just blew their game against Marquette. :mad2: They were up by 6 with a minute left, and ended up throwing the ball out of bounds, allowing Marquette to hit the game winning lay-up with one second left. That was sickening.

Wow, after leading all game Davidson and a nearly all White team blows it. Buzz "Bald Wigger" Williams' Marquette teams are loathsome year after year. They are very flawed and will hopefully lose to Bulter next round.

In more positive news, Jamie Dixon's gang of brutes got beaten thoroughly by Wichita State. Pittsburgh year after year lacks in talent but gets by in the Big East by playing physical "ghetto ball" and the refs allow them to get away with it. In the tourney, they almost always flop out early.

The Zags win by six but it was a very though game for them. Southern is the 16th seed and another HBCU. At least they escape with the win.

At least the Zags pulled away. Pangos and Olynyk were huge down the stretch for them.

I watched the reply of the end of the Davidson-Marquette game, and it was Davidson's lone black player who decided it would be a bright idea to avoid the impending Marquette foul and throw the ball over the head of one of his teammates and out of bounds.

There's a great game between South Dakota St. and Michigan right now on CBS. Michigan's contigent of white players are playing great today. Wolverines up by four as the 2nd half starts.

Harvard isn't like Villanova or Georgetown, they actually do require there players to do the work and they won't accept a low SAT score. I've tries to watch some of these games and I can't understand how anyone can find this sport enjoyable. Basketball sucks IMO. Then again I also hate soccer, which apparently is the most popular sport in the world.

That sucks that a white friendly New Mexico squad lost to Harvard, of all teams. :embarrassed: At least ALL of New Mexico's white players will be back next year!

Anyway, I thought it was a decent day for white teams, with Butler, Michigan, Colorado St, and Gonzaga all winning. In addition, Cal and Harvard do play a white player or two as well. White friendly teams like SDSU, Davidson, and Bucknell all put up good fights, even if Davidson did choke terribly to lose.

A caste matchup right out of the gate today with Wisconsin playing Ole Miss on TruTV. I'll still cheer for Duke with Kelly and Plumlee in their starting lineup, because it is so obvious Duke does not stand a chance with out those two in the lineup.

The Cameroonian player is an Applied Mathematics major. Harvard's student-athletes are truly just that.
Steve Moundou-Missi was a high school AP (Advanced Placement) Scholar.
There are no athletic scholarships in the Ivy League.

Funny but Albany has more Whites in their rotation than Duke..:icon_tongue: Also they are giving them a decent game considering they are out gunned and much smaller.

Well, Wisconsin (another white friendly team) just blew yet another tournament game. At least Ole Miss has Marshall Henderson to cheer for, with Wisconsin not being able throw the ball in the ocean right now. Expect Notre Dame to follow Wisconsin's lead tonight, as they nearly never make it out of the first round of the tournament. I've grown to expect these collapses by our teams, as it seems to be a yearly occurence now where our teams seems to choke their games away, as happened with Davidson and New Mexico yesterday.

Allegedly, but plenty Ivy League athletes have athletic scholarships de facto. And contrary to popular belief you do not necessarily need a high SAT or ACT for admission into Harvard.

He's probably not an idiot but he probably isn't too special, either. I'd bet good money that if he were "Caucasian" he'd never have made it into Harvard unless his family had connections.

Alot of us here haven't talked enough about Doug McDermott. He is the nations 2nd leading scorer and man can this kid play. He helped to lead Creighton inth the 2nd round of march madness today. All Doug did was score 27 points while pulling down 10 rebounds. The kid reminds me a little bit of Tom Gugliotta who is now long retired. McDermott can beat you in so many different ways. Creighton is a white friendly team. They have to face Duke now in order to reach the sweet 16. Usually I'm a Duke fan but I will be rooting for McDermott and Creighton this time. It should be a good game but I'm worried about the refs giving the Dukies all the calls. I hope I'm wrong.

This is a joke right? I thought it was an attempt at sarcasm. I guess the Harvard cheating scandal never happened?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Harvard_cheating_scandal

No athletic scholarships in the Ivy league? Well then, that settles it! All Ivy league athletes are STUDENT ATHLETES and are only there based on their academic qualifications.

Ivy League schools have hardship scholarships that lower middle class and working class and welfare class students can qualify for. If the player has ability to play for Harvard or Yale they can qualify for these scholarships as tuition at Harvard was around 25K a year a few years ago.

Florida Gulf Coast is playing three whites and has a 17 point lead on #2 seed Georgetown well into the second half. I'm almost as surprised seeing Georgetown with a white starter, Nate Lubick, who apparently gets 30 minutes a game for one of the flagship anti-white programs. FGCU already beat Miami earlier this season.

Expect any post-victory photos to focus on FGCU's clownish "star" who wears a bouquet of dreadlocks on his head.
