South Dakota State's been eliminated. I couldn't be happier with the way they played. The only thing SDSU was at a disadvantage was that Baylor was a lot bigger and longer than they were; Baylor had 12 offensive boards to the Jackrabbit's 4.

Brady Heslip played great for his all-black teammates tonight, scoring 17 crucial points.

Doug McDermott and Creighton are back on top of Alabama in a back and forth 8-9 matchup on TBS right now.

Creighton wins! The blacks, however, tried their best to blow it at the end with missed free throws. Josh Jones was 1-4 and Gregory Echinique was 0-3 in the game.

Doug McDermott facing his H.S. teammate Harrison Barnes and UNC next round should be fun.

I'm looking forward to this game too! I think UNC will win though, even though I think McDermott to outplay Barnes. Echinique will get killed inside if he's guarding Zeller Sunday. Marshall I think is a much better point guard than Young. I think it will be a close game for most of it though.

Duke goes down

Watching ACC basketball this year was EXCRUCIATING. The conference was as poor as I've ever seen it. At best, Duke should have gotten a #3 seeding..

Duke, Michigan and Mizzou bowed out today, the media are going to call this day Black Friday. From what I saw of the game all facets of the Duke vs Lehigh game, Duke was outplayed. Duke's guards missed look after look and the Plumlees were out played by Lehigh's big guys. Lehigh deserved the win.

Duke was really outplayed. I agree that Lehigh deserved this game. Dukes guards were only 6-26 from 3 point land. Seth Curry was only 1/7! Gee, do you think he might be a touch overrated at all? He jacks up shot after shot, and the media always shows the few that he does make.

For the Wolverines, Burke and Hardaway were a combined 10-29, including only 26% from three. Not exactly the sharpshooters the media would have you believe.

Evan Smotrycz was 6/8 with 1 free throw, and still managed to nearly lead the team in scoring with 15 points. Burke had 16 and Hardaway 14.

Saw the funniest spoof of today on the broadcast of CBS. They had a suicide watch for Seth Davis....... I would think that a known gambler like Barkley is going to have to don a tutu for another commercial to pay his way out of debt to a bookie or a Vegas sports book.

Notre Dame just got screwed out of the tournament by the refs on a stupid rule technicality. I've never seen that rule until yesterday during the Syracuse/UNC Asheville game, and now it's been called twice. What a tough way for the Irish to lose. Grant should've known not to do that though, but I actually agree with Charles Barkley on that- you don't call things like that late in the game.

Guess you can't have too many white friendly teams getting to round 3, especially with Memphis and Mizzou losing. I guess Indiana, Wisconsin, Creighton, and Purdue are too many.:frusty:

Grant did do a bonehead cross court pass with about a minute to go in the game that weekend warriors rarely do at the local Y pick up game. When a 7 plays a 10 and a 10 pulls off the win it's really a marginal upset. But this game was there for Notre Dame to win, but their point guard had two brain cramps down the stretch.

The Notre Dame game was ridiculous. How does Brey keep his job? His team disappoints EVERY year in the tournament. Notre Dame is routinely upset in the first or second round. It's nice he plays white players, but I thought it was all about winning...

Notre Dame's black point guard lost the game almost singlehandedly. First, throwing the ball away with a one point lead. Then inexplicably bricking a long 3 pointer when they were down by one and still had 10 seconds left. Finally, on the last possession, forcing a ridiculous drvie to the basket, which resulted in a bogus foul call and then the new ref favorite lane violation that could be called on every free throw in every game.

I'm kind of glad Duke lost. As long as they have their "affletic" duo in the backcourt, they will never win. Rivers is an absolutely awful ball hog. Being a typical black ball hog, he can't shoot, which kind of matters when that's all you want to do. But I'm sure he'll be fast tracked to the NBA, where undoubtedly the jock sniffers will assure us that "his game translates" to the pros. Mysteriously, many great white college players have the problem of their game "not translating" to the NBA. That's assuming they can "create their own shot," which the same jock sniffers tell us a startlingly huge number of them can't.

Norfolk State gives the people yet another lovable all black "Cinderella" team, complete with a black coach. It's like a repeat of last year's ridiculous VCU story, and for good measure VCU pulled another first round upset, too. Nothing to like about this tournament, as is usually the case. 2010, with the early white upsets and the Duke-Butler final, was clearly a fluke we will fondly remember.

It's funny about Duke White players and their game not translating to the NBA but I don't think one White player from the 2010 team is on active NBA roster. Singler who probably would be on a roster decided to play in Spain instead of waiting on the lockout to conclude. Jon Scheyer comes to mind, the moxie that Scheyer showed through out the 4 years he played at Duke should at least translate into a back up role in the NBA. I have no doubt that Austin Rivers will get drafted (almost on blood lines alone), it will be interesting to see if his game improves from what I saw this season at this point if Scheyer "wasn't" NBA material he shouldn't be either.

Same with BYU. They are a guaranteed first round victim every year.

Gonzaga's been using 2-3 white players in the 2nd half. It's been a nice surprise. Pangos and Stockton have been in the game most of the 2nd half, along with Mike Hart. If Harris leaves with Sacre, Gonzaga could be pretty white again next year, with Kelly Olynyk coming off of his redshirt next year.

Aaron Craft is getting the most out of his "limited talent" today, who has a double double with 17 points and 10 assists. I think Len Elmore said"Craft is sure getting the most out of his talent" or something to that effect. He must've really overachieved and maxed out his talent this year, being an Academic All-American, and Big 10 Defensive POY.

With how poorly they played early in the season - and "star" Abromaitis tearing his ACL - this Notre Dame team wasn't even "supposed" to be in the Big Dance!

It's nice he plays white players, but I thought it was all about winning...

I would like to see Notre Dame play at a faster-pace, but, in this game, it was mostly their blacks that screwed up. Irish masculinity isn't going anywhere. It's been in basketball in the past.. it's there in the present, and will be there in the future.

It was Eric Atkins that made the ridiculous "pass" (that was the game-killer in my view).. And it was Jerian Grant that played "hero ball" with the long 3-point attempt. In the NBA section, I told "FredetteFan" that I refused to overrate Eric Atkins when he credited Notre Dame's backcourt, exclusively so, for their 9-game winning streak in Big East play. Naturally, the MSM was really starting to go "overboard" about Notre Dame's backcourt also.

Norfolk State gives the people yet another lovable all black "Cinderella" team, complete with a black coach. To be an actual "Cinderella".. Norfolk State has to defeat a Florida team that is likely better than their 7-seeding. We'll see what happens there. As far as the Wichita State/VCU game.. outside of Garrett Stutz, Wichita State is BLACK! And was grossly-overseeded as a #5. This outcome wasn't much of an upset at all..

Indiana has struggled with turnovers.. 22 so far. The difference between them and Wisconsin is EXPERIENCE. Indiana had some good wins this season, but weren't a powerhouse and are very young.

--Christian Watford (black), just forced a bad 3-pointer..

OMG!!! INDIANA WINS!! Sheehy is the HERO!!

The MSM is happy about this, no doubt, as it sets up a likely "rematch" with Kentucky...

We at least have two white teams to cheer for in the sweet 16!

Indiana, Wisconsin and I like the Creighton team that starts two white stars, McDermott and Gibbs.....loved watching those two take it to coal black 'Bama the other night. Tomorrow they take on UNC with McDermott playing against his old high school teammate Harrison Barnes:

"As Harrison Barnes and Doug McDermott won state championships together as high school teammates in Iowa, Barnes became one of the nation’s top recruits while McDermott was the overlooked teammate. They’ll take the court on opposite sides Sunday — Barnes for North Carolina, McDermott for Creighton — with a trip to the NCAA tournament’s round of 16 at stake."

Same old story line.....I hope McDermott really shows who was the better player to recruit.....I'm so tired of UNC's "one big white guy surrounded by affroletes" paradigm

I like Colorado as well. Three whites get lots of playing time with two starters.

The black midget PG for Purdue lost them the game. In his last 4 possesions, this is what I saw:

1. Over-dribbles for about 20-25s, then recklessly drives to the hoop and gets
his shot blocked, Kansas scores on the other end.
2. Over-dribbles, doing nothing while the shot clock is running down, then at the last second, hands the ball to one of the white guards to take a difficult bail-out shot, which is missed.
3. Over-dribbles for almost 30s, running in circles, promptly loses the ball, and Kansas scores on a break to take the lead.
4. Next to last possesion for Purdue, he's once again unable to create, hands to ball to Hummell in a difficult spot after wasting 10s, and Hummell misses the 3.

It's a shame because Purdue had this game won.

It's a shame because Purdue had this game won.

Not to mention the various times in the game where he tried to drive the lane, but didn't finish, or like usual, he had his shot blocked by Withey or Robinson. That can't be what Matt Painter had drawn up to in the last minute of the game.

Another deplorable all-black thug squad in Cincinnati looks like they'll advance over the Seminoles. I don't know why, but the camera keeps showing Cincy's white bench ornament sitting on the bench for the Bearcats. I absolutly hate that punk coach Mick Cronin, moreso than even Jim Calhoun. He didn't take any blame on his team from that infamous brawl between them and another all-black team, Xavier.

With Purdue and Creighton losing today, it looks like we're down to the two Big Ten teams (Wisconsin and Indiana.) Maybe Kansas (with Withey and Teahan), and North Carolina (Zeller and White, who'll be getting increased minutes with Marshall's injury.) After those teams, no team will play more than one white man.

I have a feeling both of our teams will be eliminated in the next round no matter what, by Syracuse and Kentucky, two of the worst teams(from a caste perspective) left.
