Well, looks like the Texans averaged around the same amount yards before ot. It only took 60 passing attempts. Just imagine if what the game would have looked like if they had the same game plan as the last two drives. They did what they should have been doing all game, had guys like Walter, Anderson involved more, took advantage of the single coverage when they were putting everyone on Johnson, and what do you know, Johnson is open for the td that would help tie the game. You see, you can get the other guys involved in the game as well, and still have a star receiver on the team. Its not that hard to figure out.

I don't agree.

They gained 13 points this game so far - as a Pats fan I'm sorry, but a team with THAT good of a RB, THAT good of a WR and THAT good of a QB simply cannot be expected to get beat this badly.

The Patriots defense has sucked for what, 10 out of the last 13 games? So I'm not going to be very sympathetic to Houstons defense.

You only have two offensive weapons - you are BUILT to get beat IMO.

The Texans are near the bottom inTime of Possession (24th), and even closer to the bottom in the number of plays fromScrimmage (30th), yet the're 6th in Yards from Scrimmage. You honestly believe a team could achieve thatwithouthaving a potent offense?

If Houston's defense was forcing more 3 and outs and/or punts and/or turnovers (which they're not since they'rethe 2nd worst defense in the league), Schaub and his guys would have the rock even more, and be evenmore prolific offense. What you're saying makes no sense.

Oh right!  The best running back in the league and one of the top WRs in the league and a great QB - no wonder they suck.

AMEN!

Owen Daniels was a beast before his knee injury (and Schaub was actually TARGETING him in those days), but, other than that, I've always viewed Houston as a "black team" -- and there's no denying that the Caste Media has "heaped tons of praise on them" for several years because they have Andre Johnson, Mario Williams, DeMeco Ryans, Okoye, Steve Slaton.. and now Arian Foster.

They were "supposed to be this super-team".. but I saw right through it. On their d-line, were they really giving the "best" Whites an opportunity? Is Tim Bulman anything special? Yes, Connor Barwin got a bad injury in Game 1, which was too bad because we would have seen what kind of "reps" they were going to give him.. I was curious about that. I do feel, however, that the Whites in their D-rotation (over the years) were mostly journeyman retreads. And, Houston has a veritable jungle at linebacker. That's one of my pet-peeves about San Diego as well.

Over the years, there were (young) spurned Whites with more talent/upside that no NFL teams' wanted, not even Houston..

Thats why its called balance you can't expect your d to be on the field for the majority of the game and play well the entire game. If they would stop forcing the ball to Johnson the OFFENSE would have less 3 and outs, and the defense would have more energy to force turnovers. The Texan's took 7 possesions to put something together, mostly 3 and outs, with maybe 1 or two with a firs down before they scored, coincidentally this is when they used multiple receivers. It was almost halftime by the time this drive occurred. Notice how when they use more playes on offense, hey move the ball and the defense forced more punts? there is a direct correlation between offensive and defensive play. They started using a good gameplan but it was too late. Its okay, Johnson got to pad his stats in a game they really weren't going to come back and win

It was another pathetic effort by MIN tonight, as Tarvaris Jackson totally stunk it up. He even practiced with the 1st team all week, so there are simply no excuses about being thrown in there on short notice.

Looks like the love affair with the black head coach/QB is over quickly. Some of the players seemed very unhappy after the game based on their comments. I think there's a very good chance that Frazier will not be the coach next year, and whoever comes in will most likely draft/sign a new QB.

My only interest in MIN is what happens to Gerhart. A new regime is probably not good news for him, (not that the old regime is/was). It seems like Gerhart will have to be patient and his opportunity will most likely come the Hillisian way (every black RB on the roster, including the bums picked off the street, gets injured, so they have to play the white RB).

Joe Flacco has ice-water in his veins.. despite playing behind a pathetic sumo-line, he never really looks flustered.

He does his job, and when he falls down he gets back up. I hope he becomes a New England Patriot one of these days.

Interesting, the other guy minn. gave a shot at qb, Webb is black as well. It looks to me they're really loused up. They'll probably have to let Jackson start for awhile next year before they put the QB they draft in. You never know in the nfl though, they just may draft another black QB. Next year may very well be a disaster for them too. What a mess blacks make.

The Vikings make the playoffs if they would've kept and started Sage at QB IMHO. Sage was by far their best QB in pre-season and would've out performed a 41 year old Favre and the bust Jackson.

They mentioned that he'll be the first white running back to hit 1,000 yards in a long time.

PTI couldn't have been more complimentary of his achievement or what it meant for the white race if they had been hijacked by the Aryan Nation - and I'm serious.

Wilbon said he respected Hillises statement that "He is a human" but that fact that he is white is very, very important.

Kornheiser, without prompting, brought up the lack of white cornerbacks in the NFL and said that most whites that could play RB and CB in the NFL are shuffled in to lacrosse.

Let me clarify the question, wa31. "You said The only reason PTI even mentioned [Hillis's flirting with and achieving 1,000] was because of the internet", making it appear that BSPN only learned about Hillis approaching a grand because of mb's like, say, CasteFootball.

Obviously they knew a white guy was going to go over 1,000 yards rushing. I think he is implying that the only reason they felt the need to report on it was because of the attention it has received on the internet, if it wasn't receiving attention, I doubt they report on it and hope nobody noticed. Its almost what they did. They had one segment on it and that is it. I don't think anyone watched the game. it was not on outside of the Cleveland area, it was even blacked out in the Buffalo area., if it weren't for sites like this it wouldn't be receiving so much attention. Fantasy football helps as well.

I think Tavaris Jackson is a free agent after this season. His time in minnesota is done. It will be interesting to see what happens with that team. They have some good white players at their peak...Jared Allen and Chad Greenway as well as Brian Robison who will probably sign for pretty good money elsewhere this offseason.

During the Dallas game, the talking-heads "chimped-out" regarding Sean Lee, "Sean Lee just made a HUGE mistake!"

During the Texans' game, they talked multiple times about "mistakes" by Cushing, and I recall John Gruden suggesting that Cushing "isn't having a good season."

Toward the end of the game, though, Cushing was making some excellent plays that even the Caste-heads "couldn't deny." Cushing had a good game... I want the Caste-media to find the "perfect" black linebacker or DB because I don't think they exist.

P.S. -- Paul Kruger got some good reps for Baltimore yesterday. He has "legit" size, and his legs are very long. Contrast him with egomaniac Terrell Suggs' - who must be carrying 50 pounds in his glutes alone..

Terrell Suggs closely resembles an upright-walking fruit bat. No, wait, fruit bats don't tend to suffer from chronic obesity. Seriously, Suggs is one of the ugliest professional athletes in American history. Given the amount of undeserving blacks and hispanics artificially thrust into the NFL, NBA, and MLB, his relative facial-repulsiveness is quite telling.

Is Suggs the African version of "Sloth"Â￾ from Goonies?

Colt McCoy will practice with the first team this week. Looks like he'll be back this Sunday, really good news for Peyton Hillis and the whole team.

Okay, I think I get it. You're basing your wholethey're "forcing the ball toJohnson" theory on one offensive set of plays? He was targeted twice in the first set, thennot again until 1:37 left before halftime. Twopasses in the first 28 minutes and 23 seconds, and you call that "forcing"him the ball?Haha, I think your "theory" may need alittle tinkering, bro.

The Texans were down 21-0 before he even saw his 3rd pass. After that3rd pass, he went 9 for 11 with 2 TD's.They didn't start moving the ball until AFTERthey scrapped the 'spread the ball around'gameplan theycame in with, and just started gunning it to their horse. He almost singlehandedly saved their ass.

Honestly, I don't even think you watched the game.If you did, you wouldn't have made the statement "Johnson got to pad his stats in a game they really weren't going to come back and win".. a game in which his touchdownforced overtime, and they almost won.Edited by: Broncos

no, I didn't watch the entire game, just snippets, because I have a wife and kid now and don't have the time to write down every timeexactly when a black athlete was targeted and how many times he caught it,bu its still enough to tell what is going on. He put up a string of catches with 2 minutes left while they were in prevent defense...impressive. Then the ball was almost picked off forcing it to him, and then they got the td because guys like Suggs can't play an entire game of football. They ALMOST won, Isn't that the same as LOSING? Back when I hadmore time for these things.I did notice they forced the ball to Johnson, while Kevin Walter had single coverage beaten. This isn't based on one series of a game. This is based off of the entire 2008 and 2009 seasons. Just because he wasn'tpassed todoesn't mean he wasn't the primary receiver on the play call. Schaub has had he problem of locking onto one receiver instead of going through reads. I did see enough of the game to tell that once play calls were made for other receivers to get the ball, its like magically Johnson was open and didn't have 3 guys covering him. And btw, yes there was a redzone play that Johnson was the primary receiver on, Schaub locked onto him, 4 defenders around, he threw it anyway and is lucky it didn't get intercepted. That would have been game over right there. That is considering forcing the ball, not matter what way you try to twist it. 14 targets in one game is excessive, that would come out to 224 targets in a total season. The fact that most of his catches were in 2 minute drills makes his performance less impressive.

I think your idea of what being great needs some tinkering. The guy gets stats, he gets targeted around 170 times a year. The Texans don't have winning seasons, Period. I don't care how many times he ALMOST won the game for them. I care about how many times he has helped them win, and you can't win without balance. I don't know exactly what your agenda is. You can worship your prescious afflete and pleasure yourself about how he almost won a game. This isn't fantasy football where only stats count, otherwise Orton would be an elite qb right now. Go ahead, have fun with his life sized poster hanging on your wall. I have to imagine that your Cam Newton one is getting old. I mean that is if you can find time between putting down white athletes and propping up black ones, recording exactly what time they had passes thrown to them.

You can go all the way back to the days of Jim Taylor, who imo was just as great as Jim Brown, but shared carries and never had the amount of carries Brown had each year, but the Packers won games, championships, they had balance. How many did Brown have? one? and he wasn't even the MVP of that game, a receiver was, and it was toward the end of his career. Same thing with Csonka, the guy couldve rushed for 2,000 if they gave him the ball enough, but the team had balance, and the only team to go undefeated. I think this is the problem with the NFL today, you have players whining about getting more carries or more targets. Most of theare not concerned with the bigger picture. You play to win the game. Football is a team sport, not an individual one. There are other wide receivers in the league that could put up Andre Johnson type numbers, like Marques Colston, except Brees spreads the ball around, they have a superbowl ring. But I guess the ideabalance doen't compute in your head. That kind of logic doesn't make any sense to you, since you think that there are enough black people to fill the entire NFL at skill positions as well as offensive line without any dropoff in talent, when they are only 13 percent of the population.
come on set me straight on how Andre Johnson is a hall of fame receiver, please, I would love to hear it. Please tell me more about how white fighers are juicing in UFC, Id also like to hear more about how you think McGufie sucks and that Newton is really just a good kid. Oh yeah, and Id love to hear more about how Welker is struggling now that Moss is gone and Branch isn't pulling away an extra db. That would explain Welker's increase in production right now right? oh wait Branch is still seeing single coverage. Please tell me more about how you think Steve Nash sucks and Chris Paul is a better player. Please tell me how Colt Brennan is on the same level as Newton because of one mistake while Newton has had several.Again, pleasetell me more about how "The Patriots are not the same offensive juggernaut they were without Randy Moss". I mean, if we only had more valuable posters like you on this site, the world would really know what is going on with white athletes.Edited by: snow

Broncos,
As Snow just pointed out in his last paragraph, you often like to take on the devil's advocate roll. Reading through your posts, I'm just curious, and really, reading your posts just piqued my curiosity, so I hope you don't get offended; which of the following best describes your feelings about what's referred to on this site as "The Caste System:"

a) I believe there is a rigid caste system in place. Without it, skills positions like RB/WR/CB would be AT LEAST 50% white.
b) I'm sure theres a good amount of discrimintion/stereotyping in the NFL, but you guys go a little overboard. Still, I think without a caste system, about 20-25% of skill positons would be white.
c) Theres no caste system in sports. Maybe a white guy gets ignored here or there, but so do black guys at the QB and coaching positons.

Again, just curious. Obviously, you can just ignore this if you choose.
