Whens the last time a white guy led his team in rushing and receiving in the same game. Actually I wonder when was the last time any player led his team in rushing and receiving in the same game.

I wish I had a twenty dollar bill for every time I've seen this over the years.

When a RB is the Main Man of his offense, he does it fairly often.

Phew I'm glad the Browns pulled this off. I keep having visions of Hillis scoring points for coach Mike Holmgren. These visions are not fun.

Steelers win, but you can't really blame Steve Johnson for the loss -- the problem is the Caste System, which refuses to acknowledge the deficiencies many blacks have when it comes to basic hand-eye coordination.

I think even the DWFs will pillory Johnson because of the importance of the play and they can't blame it on the QB because it was obvious the pass was perfectly thrown. A Bill's loss under these circumstances is better in the long-term from a Caste-busting perspective as it may wake up a few more DWFs.

And then there's Lee Evans, who in a game in which Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 265 yards, had 1 catch for 9 yards, which he then promptly fumbled away to the Steelers. He's been a bum all year except for one game, but at least he's not White, because then the DWFs would be screaming for him to be benched by now.

Amendola has 2 runs for 42 yards haha. both on end around. John Lynch also just said that he's second in the NFL in 3rd down receiving!

[IMG] So happy Toby FINALLY got some (well deserved) carries today. Ol' Terry Bradshaw gave him a nod saying he loved him (Toby) & he should've won the Heisman last year.[IMG]

    Hillis highlights from NFL.com.

It looks like the Browns did a lot of running behind the white side of their offensive line. Joe Thomas is a monster of a tackle. From watching the video, Lawrence Vickers, to his credit, is a tremendous blocker. It really is beyond me why the Browns don't run the majority of their running plays out of an I-formation. They have too much power to waste on single back backfields.

Yeah,a comment for which Bradshaw was no doubt admonished for during the break :)

Too bad for Toby it looks like AP isn't going to be out for any extended period - he can obviously be a featured back if only he was given a chance and would have likely had 100+ yards if he had started the game instead of just coming in after APs injury in the second.

Hopefully the success of Hillis will force the Vikings to either trade him or use him in the future.

Cutler should sue Smith for impersonation of a head coach for assembling that line, but then again as a Pack fan I find myself hoping the Eagles win. Who is the the WR number 14 for the Eagles, and how does Porky put him as the outside receiver?

Just a side note - Keyshawn Johnson last year during a pre-game said Jon Gruden wouldn't use him to run end arounds because he thought he was too slow :)

Ok some thoughts on the Browns:

What were the Browns thinking when they had the ball on the 20 yard and went for it on 4th and 1? Peyton Hillis just walked off and appeared hurt or at least stung on the previous play.

Jack Delhomme looks like an accident waiting to happen on every play. Stop throwing pick 6's!

Outside of one play in which he fumbled, Evan Moore was once again rarely used.

How could the Brown defenders not see that sideline pass coming? What was that cornerback thinking? Somebody already had coverage on the inside and yet he stayed inside too.

    Peyton Hillis is the Juggernaught!

Even when the wide receiver has more catches?

Dual threat tailbacks have done this routinely. Marshall Faulk used to routinely do this. Lenny Moore in the late 50's to early 60's did that and the Giff too, before he was pulverized. Edited by: white is right

The Pack also missed one combination at the RB positions today, Kuhn should be lined up behind Hall, its fairly obvious that Jackson is not going to break a tackle at the line which Kuhn can.

OMG Michael Vick just threw an interception - I was lead to believe that was an impossibility.

I have a question - I noticed on this play that they lined up in the i formation but the FB ran to the line before the snap and they ran it as a single back formation. Is this normal or would staying in the i formation have been the obvious and thus logical thing to do?
