Mrs. "Misandry" strikes again, another White ex-quarterback is the victim of the Frankfurt school fallout,Mike Tomczak, one time Steelers quarterback was arrested last night at his home when his wife called the police and reported that Tomczak"lunged" at her and "stepped on her foot",the police chief, when interviewed on the T.V. account of the arrest said," Mike is a very nice guy,and has done many good things for our Bell Acres community"!,as we here at Caste know, political correctness/cultural marxism has put White males directly in the cross hairs of all minority pressure groups, media, and government, having conversations with many White males,it becomes evident that they have no idea where these attacks are coming from, and the few that do are afraid to talk about it. Not ten minutes after posting above comments, and listening to an oldies station in Pittsburgh,a DWF called in to request a song dedicated to Mike Tomczak, that song?,"Foot Stomping"!,the two White radio hosts had a good laugh at that,"as always,"we have met the enemy, and it is us"! The Steelers have a healthy Sean McHugh back trying to be the #3 TE after missing '09 due to injury.

Something tells me that Mike Tomlin won't want to have an all-white TE contingent again with Miller, Spaeth, and McHugh and will find a way to install some afflete hybrid freakish talent FB/HB/TE combo on the roster.

Limas Sweed is out for the season (Achilles).

Could this help Tyler Grisham, or will they just "find" another dark-skinned affletic wonder?

Sweed didn't play last season either, because of "personal problems." He's a total bust of a second round pick. I don't see this helping Grisham; I'd make him a 25 to 1 shot to stick on the 53 man roster in '10.

I'd imagine the Steelers will cut ties with Sweed after this injury. Some of his drops during his rookie season were breathtakingly bad. As Don mentioned, I don't think he played a single snap last season, even on special teams.

Another Afro bust who will fade into the DWF memory hole.

LOL Department: Steelers NT Casey Hampton might be in his best shape in several years, observers tell ESPN's Len Pasquarelli. Hampton often shows up to camp overweight, but it shouldn't be a surprise that he's working out hard this offseason. Hampton signed a new contract in February that included a $1 million weight clause. The Steelers should get the best out of their veteran nose tackle this season.

He's cut his caloric intake down to just 10,000 calories per day and can now run one entire20 yard dash before collapsing.

Looks like starting RT Willie Colon is done for the '10 season, but as always on this team there are more sumos waiting in the wings. Colon was allegedly the Steelers' best o-lineman, faint praise indeed considering. From Rotoworld:

NFL Network's Jason La Canfora reports that Steelers RT Willie Colon expects to undergo season-ending Achilles' surgery on Wednesday. Colon is the Steelers' best lineman, so this is a very tough loss for Rashard Mendenhall, immobile fill-in QB Byron Leftwich, and Ben Roethlisberger once he returns from suspension. Pittsburgh's most likely Week 1 front-five lineup now probably would have Trai Essex moving from guard to right tackle, Max Starks staying on the left side, and Maurkice Pouncey, Justin Hartwig, and Chris Kemoeatu on the interior. What once appeared to be a revamped and potentially promising group for 2010 has taken a significant blow.

When one sumo goes down, there will always be plenty more to take his place. That being said, I hope he signs. He fits the Steelers' mold of overrated fat linemen perfectly.

The Steelers hosted free agent OT Flozell Adams on Tuesday, putting him through a workout and giving him a physical.

Pittsburgh is in dire need of offensive tackle help after losing Willie Colon for the season and promising rookie Chris Scott indefinitely due to foot surgery. Adams is 35 and in clear decline, but fits the Steelers' mold as a power-blocking lineman. He's also still a plenty effective run blocker.

The "Stellers" just inked Coach Tomlin to an extra couple of years on his contract. This will ensure that the team gets blacker (if that's possible) and will slide into the abyss of mediocrity.

The extension was expected because the Steelers' policy has been to sign a coach before he begins the final season of a contract. Tomlin is only the Steelers' third coach since 1969, following Chuck Noll (1969-91) and Bill Cowher (1992-2006).
<DIV id=sidebar>

Tomlin is 31-17 in three seasons, with two division titles, an AFC championship and a Super Bowl victory. During the 2008 season, he became the youngest coachâ€"he was 36â€"to win the Super Bowl when the Steelers beat Arizona 27-23.

"Mike Tomlin has proven to be one of the top head coaches in the National Football League in a relatively short time,"Â Steelers president Art Rooney II said in a statement. "His unique ability to lead the team and motivate individuals have been key factors in our success."Â

The Steelers were 9-7 and missed the playoffs last season. They open training camp July 30 at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported July 13 that Tomlin had signed a three-year extension through the 2014 season.

Tomlin made an average of $2.5 million per season under the contract he signed upon succeeding Cowher in January 2007. His new contract is expected to at least double that.

What great news! You know what's almost as good as Tomlin getting an extension? Kevin Colbert gets one too!

In an unrelated note, I was going through the Steller's team depth chart on CBS, and I noticed Tuff Harris is their 2nd string SS after Polamalu. Harris was a great corner for Montana if I remember right. The Steelers were the last place I expected him to be.

Harris has been waived, cut, and jerked around on practice squads by four different teams in three years, so I assumed he'd be out of the league. Glad to see I was wrong.

Yes, he was a corner at Montana and a damn good one! He was on a few practice squads including Miami and New Orleans. He's American Indian from what I understand but for our purposes he's white.

Maybe it's best that Big Ben won't have to play for 4-6 games at the beginning of the season, since the Steelers just signed Flozell Adams to play OT for them!! Dennis Dixon will now certainly have every opportunity to show off his mobility as he will be running for his life every play!

Good grief, the best Steeler O-Lineman last year is about to lose his job. They'll be down to 3 white starters for the first few games of the season.

From Rotoworld:

Justin Hartwig will start at center on Saturday, but rookie Maurkice Pouncey will also get reps with the first team.

Hartwig is holding on to his gig for dear life, but it's only a matter of time before Pouncey takes over.
