Lol ((Greenberg)) really has a hard on for Dwayne Haskins. Again he's absolutely giddy that old goy Big Ben is aging and in his mind Haskins has already surpassed Rudolph.. He can't accept Haskins just doesn't have it and is a BUST!

At least Orlovsky challenged how much Haskins wants to be in the NFL lol.
Good for Orlovsky! Haskins always came across as a low work ethic player and nothing has changed my opinion on that. Steelers as a team I've never cared for, and Tomlin is an overrated coach. They always play down to the level of their competition, and for three years in a row they've had huge late-season collapses. I really think he enables all the toxic crap in the locker room. They aren't quite as bad as they were in recent past, largely due to TJ Watt, but, honestly, let Haskins fail under Tomlin's toxic, cancerous culture.

Watson is being a total crybaby. He knew what the team's management and ownership were like when signing the extension, is being paid more than anyone other than Mahomes, and he's complaining? If he's really "so elite" then why did he and his team collapse in last year's playoffs, and then crater to 4-12? That's right, he just cares about padding his stats. Much of his stats were in garbage time, and while to his credit he did have some deep passes, he got a lot of yardage on short passes, thanks to poor tackling and blown assignments. Oh and he lost to the Bengals' porous defense and third-string QB too, at home. NFL has an agenda, and they want Watson to be one of their "next big faces." So he's "the good guy" and "deserves to have his wish granted."

As far as Wilson, I believe this is the first time I've heard him complain like this, though the early warning signs were there. I understand being upset at the team's poor OL, and he's an aging player who's been a proven winner, unlike DuhShaun. However, he is a player, not the GM, and those decisions are not his to make. The Wilson situation doesn't sound as bad to me, but something to monitor. I don't like where this is heading though. NFL is going full NBA.

Has anyone seen the stat of Russell Wilson being the QB with the most sacks taken that were his fault. I think he had around 14 sacks last year that PFF determined were his own fault (leading the league). These black quarterbacks scramble around forever looking for the hero play and give their oline no chances to protect their QB. Then instead of being criticised for poor play like a white QB would they complain to the front office that they aren't being "protected"

Pocket passers who are now "outdated" according to the caste media like Tom Brady meanwhile takes short dropbacks and gets rid of the ball quickly to minimise the pressure on their offensive line.

The idea that pocket passers are outdated is absurd, as Tom Brady just proved.

Like me, Drew Brees isn't sure yet if he's retiring. I'd love to see him play again in '21:

A video posted by Drew Brees' trainer showing the quarterback working out has raised questions about Brees' intent to retire.
The trainer, Todd Durkin, posted a video in which Brees pushed a weight sled -- hardly the exercise routine of a 42 year old getting ready to retire. The workout video was full of cryptic comments from Durkin, who said, "Don’t know what he’s doing, I’m not sure what he’s doing. Never quite been done before! That’s a new record because it’s never been done before!” while Brees pushed a sled across a parking lot. Saints head coach Sean Payton said nearly a month ago that he expected an announcement from Brees on his future with the team. That announcement never came. With Brees' salary already slashed by $24 million to allow the Saints to carry a reduced cap number until June 2, the Hall of Fame QB would theoretically play for a base salary of $1.075 million if he shirks retirement. For fantasy purposes, Brees coming back for one last run with New Orleans would make Alvin Kamara a top-2 pick in 2021, while Michael Thomas would be far less desirable than he would be with Jameis Winston or another signal caller with more arm strength than the aged Brees.

Wilson was sacked 52 total times, Wentz came in second with 50 and Watson was third with 49. All three are considered "mobile". Wentz of course was taken through the ringer and criticized for his sacks while Wilson and Watson both escaped scathing criticism from BSPN, NFL Network, DWFs for being sacked - they were both given excuses.

Give me a pocket passer any day of the week - standing tall in the pocket and going through reads is the tried and true method of quarterbacking. I read an article comparing Tagiolova to Mac Jones and the author was treating Tagiolova as the superior prospect with very good athleticism compared to Jones being average. The whole "debate" was framed around Mac Jones being a beneficiary of the supporting cast while Tagiolova was more of a "playmaker". Bear in mind that last year's NFL draft saw 2 Alabama WRs and an OT go in the top 20 which should be something the jock sniffing writer should have put front and center in his article - the second to last paragraph in that article ignores those facts - his closing argument is bogus! I saw enough of Mac Jones this year to think he should be a 1st round pick - there no drop off, I believe Jones actually was better across the board. The Alabama WR who won the Heisman even stated he liked playing with Jones over Tagiolova. The article even goes on to denigrate future NFL HOFers - Philip Rivers, Drew Brees and Ben Roethlisberger for not having "dominant physical tools" as well as taking a subtle dig at Peyton Manning. Just goes to show what level these morons are operating at:

Russell Wilson really makes things happen with his scrambling, you have to give him that. I don’t think sacks is a good way to rate QB’s. Obviously the good ones avoid them, but for a pocket passer it’sa lot more important then s scrambler. It would be interesting to see what the sack numbers for Steve Young or Fran Tarkington were in comparison.

Some QB’s are just good at getting rid of the ball to avoid sacks. I saw some video on Joe Namath the other day, man he was quick with his drop back and release.

Sports media is designed to get people to watch for lots of hours. Their goal isn't to provide a truthful analysis - it's to get people hooked by manipulating their emotions.

I feel Wilson's go to move is just rolling out and throwing it deep. It's predicatable and frustrating as the tape exists. As Wilson gets older and is not as nimble on his feet can his mind catch up to the mental aspect of the game? He won't drop off like Scam as he does not get hit in the same way but he started off the season hot and then during the final stretch he faded some. Obviously the OC was the fall guy and now Wilson wants more input into the personnel decisions. They have been trying to find a running back since Lynch left and Wilson's Super Bowl win came when he was part of a strong running team and the best defense in the league.

This trend of letting black players make decisions for your team is not a good one and is bound to be detrimental to teams.

Rumor of Wilson to the Bears, oh let it be so. That is where the passing game goes to die, it's the graveyard of the forward pass. Literally the best you can describe the passing game would be to show the highlights of Vince Evans he of rocket arm skipping the balls off the garbage astro turf, so much so he practically left burn marks on the plastic.

And a huuuuuge cap hit.

Bobby Douglass was probably a worse passer but his runs were epic. Evans enjoyed black privilege so much so that old Al Davis recycled the guy way out in the 80s.

I hope the Bears are where DuhShaun Watson ends up. I hope he stinks it up and then the weenieworld media can shut up about "muh Bears shoulda drafted him instead of Trubisky." It's a terrible situation for any QB, and as stated by @wile that's a place with a reputation for being a QB graveyard. He'd do terrible behind that 4/5 sumo line, and if they lose Robinson he'd have next to nobody to throw to. Of course I'd feel bad for Cody Whitehair and Cole Kmet, but they're the only bright spots on that team as Nall continues to be neglected, and Brent Urban likely walks.

Peter King (of Cucks):

NBC Sports' Peter King reports the NFL is "highly likely" to have a 17-game regular season in 2021. A 17-game regular season has been in the works since the players signed a new CBA in March 2020. King said "TV partners and NFL schedulers are working under the assumption that the 17-game schedule" that will include one bye week for each team. The extra regular season game would push the Super Bowl from February 6 to February 13. King added that the league -- with its expanded playoffs -- could have a Monday night Wild Card game in 2021. The NFL schedule is expected to include two games on Christmas, which falls on a Saturday, ensuring fantasy managers will be wrenched from their families on the holiday.

I doubt it's true. If the Patriots go with Newton again, then Belichick must be in the early stages of Alzheimer's. More likely he's being sure to praise a "legend" in order to create less hard feelings when they switch to another QB this season.
I doubt they would want him for anything more than a stop gap starter after drafting a heir apparent. I think I heard Newton talking about he is "still" among the top 32 quarterbacks in the NFL . That still doesn't make you a starter as once you get much past 15 or so teams are always looking to upgrade the position with veteran competition or a high draft pick.

Per his Twitter account, JJ Watt announces he’s signing with the Cardinals. Totally out of left field.
Make or break year for Cuck- I mean, Kingsbury. Collapsed last year after a strong start. Murray is just an overhyped gimmick. Too small to be a franchise QB. But the NFL has an agenda to make him a star. I hope Isabella finally gets more playing time or is cut/traded.

EDIT: Deal is 2 years, $31M, with $23M guaranteed. I think he’s still good but I can see why some teams would be wary of that price tag. Also the COVID cap situation eliminated a lot of teams from the start.

Stupid decision - Always frustrating to see a white athlete make a bizarre choice. I guess the only positive is that both he and DE Zach Allen may see the field together. Murray going into year three seems to have been figured out - Seattle, San Fran and the Rams should all be competitive - it's certainly not out of the realm of possibility that the Cardinals will be a bottom of conference team during Watt's two year stay.

Very dumb decision by JJ Watt. If he is trying to get paid, then fine. But if it is truly about trying to win a championship it is a dumb decision.

Murray is not a goo QB - his shelf life will be very short (no pun intended). Kingsbury is such a great coach he refuses to play the fastest player on the team (who also happens to have great hands) and JJ will be surrounded by underachieving, unmotivated blacks just like in Houston.

JJ - your best years and most fun you had were when you played alongside white stalwarts like Brooks Reed, Brian Cushing, John Simon, Shaun Cody, Jared Crick and Connor Barwin!!

White athletes, even elite ones, are their own worst enemies (see Ryan Nall recently and Zach Zenner in past years resigning with odious Detroit rather than go to Minnesota).

The Cardinals will likely finish in 3rd or 4th place in their division, same as Houston.

He should have gone to Buffalo.

I agree it's bizarre to say the least.

Cleveland, Buffalo and even Pittsburgh on one last run with Big Ben would make sense. Nobody with a brain in their head thinks Arizona is one player away from a championship or deep playoff run.

Watt signed with Arizona because the Cardinals made him the best offer, that's all there is to it. 99% of pro athletes are mercenaries and J. J. Watt is no different.

Of course, him signing with AZ came as a "shock" as he had previously stated he wanted a contender! I'm salty, but glad he cashed out. Hope he stays healthy.
