Looks like Ark St Forrest Merrill is the real deal as an interior DL. Twentytwo mentioned him last week I believe.

Is Harry Trotter a legitimate prospect for the NFL because from I have seen today he looked like Rex Burkhead in New England, thanks.

I would say he is not an NFL prospect unless he has 1000+ yards and 12+ TD’s this year which are some pretty lofty expectations. He only had 263 rushing yards last season and he is a senior now. However, with the new NCAA rules no one loses eligibility this year so he can come back next year and show out again if he plays well this year.

Let's hope they can solidify that OL as season progresses. Also as mentioned above Merrill us a big hoss in the middle of that Arkansas State D!

Yea I do miss Big Ten, some Pac 12 and the MAC. It's a weird season but who knows the Big Ten may startup next month.

Legendre actually left the team a couple months ago, I haven’t heard anything yet as far as his plans for football go. I hope he returns to the field, he had some big time offers coming out of high school.

Well thats your take away. Im being honest and seeing this as a day in which our 2 top Big 12 teams were eliminated in the first week and now it appears that NOTRE Dame just lost one of the few white WR prospects for us. Trotter finally gets to start and has no line whatsoever with a terrible under 3 YPC. On the plus side the Rajun Cajuns and Ark State won.

That's fair. For me I am more into individual players rather than teams. Who knows how this season will end up.

This can only help freshman Bresee to get on the field. Also maybe one of Cryin Kirk’s boys will sneak in for a snap or 2.
Bresee is going to be a small step below JJ Watt when its all done with. He has the strong look and attitude of a violent predator however. If dead bodies start gathering near him Aaron Hernandez style, remember I called it before his first game. Wouldn't want to be near that kid in an elevator.
