I figured I'd just throw this out and see what kind of reactions I get. I recently made a purchase on ebay. Several days later I get a package with an invoice and instructions but nothing else inside. Thinking they were shipping it later, I waited about a week or so before I contacted the seller. When I did, he claimed that it was shipped out at the correct weight and that it should have been in the package. I told him it wasn't and that someone must have tore into the package, as it had a hand written note on it about it being the wrong address. I threw the package away before then and I heard nothing back from him and decided to give him negative feedback yesterday. Today I login and have negative feedback from him. All I said in mine was, package was shipped fast but the item wasn't in it. He says on mine "says item didn't arrive, delivery confirmation says otherwise." What a liar! I messaged him back and told him so. All USPS delivery confirmation does is tell you whether they delivered the package to someone, not whether it is still at the correct weight or whether it has been tampered with. I told him to get tamper proof packages to send his stuff in from now on, instead of a regular padded envelope. I told him he should be honest about it, but I guess since I ruined his 100% positive feedback with the truth, he figured he'd ruin mine by telling lies. Piece of

I've dealt with losers on ebay both buying and selling. As a seller, the one thing I hate more than anything is when people win the auctions and don't pay and when you try to contact them, you receive no reply. That is when I send them negative feedback (that usually gets their attention) Their excuse is always the same "oh, my computer was broken" or "oh, i didnt know you only accepted paypal" (despite the fact that all my auctions are clearly listed as PAYPAL ONLY) I hate buyers like that

As for buying, I've dealt with a few ******** that despite me paying, they didn't send me the product and until I had to keep hounding and hounding them to get their s--t together and send me my damn item. I only have one negative feedback out of over 300 positives and it was from some loser in Korea who sent me revenge neg after I had negged him for not responding to my emails or sending me my item. His excuse was "I was out of the country" Yeah, you were out of the country for two freaking months and you have enough time to put items on ebay!?!?! What a freaking liar! There is nothing I hate worse than losers on ebay that have nothing better than to waste your time

I ran into an issue of were I ordered an item and dude would not ship to me because I was in another state and my address wasn't confirmed, as my billing address was back home. (military) So I tried to pay four freaking times, and he kicked it back four times, my checking account was overdrawn (luckily I have OD protection) I wasn't going to pay for an item that i couldn't receive in Phoenix, so he had the nerve to put an unpaid item strike on me after I paid four times!!!! I said eff it, I will take the unpaid item strike, but I am never going to attempt to do business with this yahoo again.

Don't know what more than you need to confirm an address than me saying "YEAH THAT'S MY ADDRESS A-HOLE!"

This jerk is being really testy with me, so I opened up a dispute with his rear end. I demand satisfaction! I told him he was a liar and he wouldn't deny it. What a maroon!

I've had excellent luck with ebay and paypal. I've only been screwed once, for just a few bucks, with about 500 transactions, mostly as a buyer. One seller even missed my email, and doubled my order free to make up for the week he had my money and didn't realise it. Hell, I just bought a new laptop off it last week.
