The targeting thing is completely out of hand. It basically makes defense impossible. It's so subjective that it allows certain teams to benefit. It makes the refs into players.

Clemson with 4-5 white defensive players seeing significant playing time. #43 Chad Smith, #34 Logan Rudolph, #47 James Skalski, #19 Tanner Muse, and #24 Nolan Turner. Am I correct or just seeing things?
Make that 6 white players getting a lot of playing time, #10 Baylon Spector.

Chip Kelly needs to clean house out there in UCLA. After his time with the Eagles where he really whitened up the roster he is one coach I can somewhat root for and hopefully his recruiting starts resembling what he did during his stint with the Eagles.

Idaho has a true freshman rb in local product, Nick Romano. He only had 3 carries against Wyoming ( where the hell is Jeff Burroughs ? ) but he averaged over nine ypc in a tight game. It looks like he is 2nd string but it shouldin't be long before he takes ove rthe starting job. Yeah it is Idaho but they are still D. 1 and it is good to have another rb. I am really surprised of the treatment of G. Techs , Nate Cottrell. The kid could be the next Travis Jervey if given a chance. I have seen enough of his limited highlights that he has NFL potential and with the 4.3 speed just maybe he goes the Patrick Laird route into the NFL.

Probably not in my 35 years on this earth!

You might be right Freethinker. Last winter I was reading up on the USFL. I remember seeing one of main reasons the 1984 expansion Houston Gamblers were able to steal away the Buffalo Bills first round pick, quarterback Jim Kelly, was they agreed to sign his best friend from college, a white running back named Mark Rush. I never saw him play, but amazingly, Rush's bio notes he was drafted in round 4 by the Minnesota Vikings. I say "amazingly", because the best he could eventually do in pro football is play backup tight end for the San Antonio Gunslingers, which history notes as the worst franchise (on and off the field) in the USFL's brief and unimpressive history.

I can't say for sure, but I'd assume the very appropriately named Rush was the last white starting tailback from Miami. Perhaps a backup white tailback in the 1980's or a blocking, white fullback might've scored on a rare run attempt since Rush left in the early 1980's, but I can't remember Miami ever having any white RB's since the 1990's, when I was watching?

Here's a nice bio-page on Rush, who seemed to be a fringe player in USFL, despite having a great college career and being very athletic. By the way nice "bait and switch" by the Gamblers owner "Jerry Argovitz". Seems like once Houston signed Kelly to a contract, they swiftly dumped his best friend. Kind of comical that they noted Rush held Miami's team "sit-up's record": http://www.houston-gamblers.com/id156.html

Thanks TwentyTwo. You mentioned not getting the Pac 12 network. Well the Idaho State game was a disaster and was unwatchable. I did see Kade Remsberg run wild for Air Force. Jet like speed. Air Force is easily one of my favorite teams. They start two excellent white safeties. What's not to like?

Idaho State and their stable of stud white WRs and UTC with Bryce Nunnelly, who played Tennessee, will likely be downgraded because of their performances against the big boys. Which is unfair. If the QB has no time to throw the ball you can't blame the WRs.

By the way the Pac 12 network sucks. When it was in HD a few years back it was in some mini box picture set up. Now it isn't even in HD. Comcast said it was for cost cutting. I hope you get the Big Ten network TwentyTwo. Much better teams to root for anyway.

Speaking of small school studs WRs Mercer's Dave Durden had a nice 9-129-2 stat line albeit in a loss.

While on the subject of "smaller schools" real football starts on Saturday. That's right the Ivy League kicks off. I only say that in half jest. There are plenty of really talented white skill players in the Ivy. Just look at Yale. They are stacked.

Nice to see caste Bama's Slade Bolden gets his feet a little wet with some action.

I might mention this in the NFL thread as well. People may differ but I prefer a white WR with a stat line that reads 2-57-1 like the one by Chris Finke this weekend as opposed to say a dink and dunk line like 6-40. Just me but I like to see chunk yardage stuff.

Speaking of that below is the 53 yard TD by Texas phenom freshman Jake Smith. TwentyTwo mentions "explosive" by his name and who am I to argue with college football's best expert.

Thanks Shadowlight. You are one of my favorite posters here. Always enjoy your expert feedback; you are very well rounded in so many different sports!
NCAA Website left many of the FCS Box Scores blank over the weekend ; including Mercer; glad to see David Durden bounce back!

Yes indeed ...always enjoy looking at the Ivy League stats; Looking for Zane Dudek to regain his Freshman form when he rushed for over 1,000 yards! Hopefully a healthy season. Looking for a big year from RB Ryan Quigley too!

Still don't appreciate the Slade Bolden treatment when he went on a recruiting visit to LSU with other big time prospects . Former OC Matt Canada overlooked/ignored him like he was a Kicker or water boy. He is a Julian Edelman Swiss-army-knife type player.

For sure! Always good to see the explosive plays for Finke; Jake Smith; McDaniel ; Remsberg; etc

Need to see about getting Big 10 Network ....thankfully the Wisconsin vs. Michigan game will be on FOX this coming weekend.

Please if you guys can. Give some love on other sites & social media to Kyle Trask of the University of Florida. He came in during the 4th quarter down 10-21 to Kentucky, & led 3 TD drives to win 29-21 (failed 2 point conversions). I'll post the all the Gator offensive highlights condensed & then timestamp it when Trask comes in. Just watch the difference.

The Entire Gator Offense Condensed

Gator Offense with Kyle Trask at QB only

The reason I ask is that is my alma mater. They've won 3 heismans with Spurrier, Wueffell, & Tebow, plus 3 NCs b/w Wueffell & Tebow. Both Wueffell & Tebow are very pro-Christian guys too. Tebow also had a spat with Stephen A Smith & Max Weinbergstein (Kellerman) about college players getting paid. Tebow was against it. I'll link that too. But he got a lot of flack from people about this. Of course he did. But whatever, I digress.

Tim Tebow rails against the California amateurism law | First Take

This Florida team has a great coach now who brought Mississippi State out of the bottom of the SEC West to at one point be the #1 team in the nation; not an easy task. He also was the offensive coordinator for the Gator 2006 & 2008 NC teams. We haven't had a great white QB on Florida since Will Grier, & his "extra curricular" activities got him booted from the team. (If you want to know what really happened, I'll tell you). But anyway, he got "clean" & could of come back if not for gubber MacElwain who was the coach then. Anyway, great to see Kyle Trask the man now in such a high profile team.

I know the SEC is rough, but it's always great to have a high profile team w/ a stud white QB at the helm.

Any love you can give him would go a long way in today's identity racial conscious evil white man world the media spins. Thanks again!

PS:If you want me to look out & highlight any specific players as well, I certainly can. I try to get on the college NFL forums & slip in some warranted white propaganda for our guys to counter the bias. God bless & Godspeed!

I am glad Trask came in and performed better than Franks did. Hopefully Trask can take over the starting job for the next two seasons.

I did read about Grier’s issue - he took a banned substance supposedly on accident, owned up to the mistake and McElwain essentially stopped supporting him and advised him that the gators did not need him. Would love to hear your details to that story as well.

Grier allegedly got a fondness for some nose candy & ended up at a rehab center in NC. This was two weeks after we dominated Ole Miss. A QB gone for the season on some supplement charge, it was total bs. Grier's younger brother was a big deal on vine or something too. They seemed like a good family. Grier tried to come back but McElstain decided to let him go elsewhere. The rest is history.

This video came out on October 14th, 2015,

Barstool Sports "The Life" With Florida Gators QB Will Grier,

while this ESPN article came out on October 13th, 2015,

Florida's Will Grier suspended for one year after positive PED test
.

I don't know exactly what happened as it's all just rumors. But that's what I have heard. TIFWIW. I have always been suspicious of little blondie there in that video as she was a Miami girl if I remember correctly. Anyway, I have to talk about something else now too.

It appears our boy Trask is getting the shaft. Look at this ********. Mullen is planning to play a two QB system, going forward. I hope this is just to throw off Tennessee. But we will see.

Mullen breaks down plan to play two quarterbacks.
