Since I've been doing some college leaderboards thought I'd try NFL version. So here are the white NFL total tackle leaders through week 3:

2. ILB Kiko Alonso 34 tot tckls and 1 int

4. ILB Nick Vigil 32 tot tckls

10. ILB Luke Kuechly 26 tot tckls and 1 int

12. ILB Blake Martinez 24 tot tckls

16. ILB Joe Schobert 23 tot tckls and 1 int

21. OLB Leighton Vander Esch 21 tot tckls

Tied 21. OLB Matt Milano 21 tot tckls with 1 sack and 1 int!

30. ILB Sean Lee 20 tot tckls and 1 sack

Jewell #1 and LVE #3, can’t complain with that. Jewell is excellent in coverage and against the run, wonder why he slipped so far?

The three black LBs taken in the first 22 picks don’t even appear in the top six!

The Cowboys took a lot of heat from the usual cuckspects for taking Vander Esch in the first round. LVE has proved his critics wrong.

Vander Esch looks so fluid and quick. I can not believe he is 604 and weighs 245 lbs. The Cowboys picked a thoroughbred. Great player thus far, possibly an All Pro.

Green Bay was the #1 team for week 5, with Dallas, Buffalo, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh (a surprise to be sure) rounding out the top five.

Same five teams without white defensive players in KC, Oakland, Arizona, Detroit, and Seattle. 6-14 record between the latter four teams, with the Chiefs propping the total record to 11-14.
