I read on a rumor blog on Yahoo sports that Jags coach del Rio, considered a complete caste enthusiast, wanted to draft Quinn, but was overruled by James Harris. One more reason to put Jags down as caste football exhibit A.

The jags have the biggest race hating SOB that makes all of their personel decisions. Shack Harris is a freaking retard who never has since he took over one white quarterback even in preseason. He is so blatantly anit white at the quarterbcak postion they signed Lester Ricard from Tulane university. If you try and point it out to any one in the national media your branded a racist, and a biggot. It seems to me that everyone on this board should hate the Jags for having a thug make all of their personel decisions. They don't have a quarterback on their roster worth a damn, and you can only blame Shack I'm proud to be dumb and black Harris. On the bright side this is his last year for him and Del Rio because they're not going to win the crap the have on their roster at quarterback. Then maybe just maybe we'll get a coach for that team who does not hate the white NFL player period.

Now before anyone points out that he drafted Matt Jones he only did that to mask the fact that the Jags are the only team in the leauge with 3 black quarterbacks period end of story. If it was up to him Matt Jones would be a bulked up tight end.

The Jags in my opinion have the worst trio of QB's in the entire league. Leftwich is a first round bust, Garrard is a poor mans Kordell Steward and Quinn Gray should have been jettisoned to NFL Europe a long time ago. Thinking about this makes me sick and it brings back painful memories of the 2006 draft when Al Davis wanted to draft Matt Leinart but our racist black head coach talked him out of it. Now we're stuck with JaMarcus,

who might not be a bad QB, but I think Leinart has a much brighter future in the league. QB's like Russell tend to suffer too many injuries

But Leftwich is "durable" ie. an injury prone black QB.

HAHA!! you got that right. I am not against blacks at the QB position per-say but I am just sick and tired of black quarterbacks being awarded chances and respect that should only be allotted to the elite at their position, not QB's that are simply game managers (Leftwich) or glorified running backs (Vick)

JaMucus has a " cannon arm" Meaning, the ball goes everywhere but in the receiver's hand. "He has pocket presence" Meaning, at the first sign of pressure, he runs. Translation: another Dullpepper waiting to happen.

I was a Jags fan from the day they came into the league. At one point they had a fair to good mix of players. Once Harris came aboard I knew what would happen. I now hate the Jags. I cannot get interested in any other team either. So thanks Harris, you helped ruin football for me. Harris made the comment back when he still played that if he were ever in charge and he had the choice between a good white QB or a good black QB he would only pick the black QB. He stated he would like to be in charge to "right" the wrongs done to black men wanting to play QB. Well, he certainly is staying true to his words. Now, the only time I watch the Jags is if I have nothing else to do and I want to sit and pull for them to get beat. And Garrard and Leftwich stink. and the people in Jax are finally starting to sour on them. At first some treated both of them like they were the black messiah. White player after white player has left the team only to be replaced by the darker persuasion. It is sickening

They say he actually has pretty decent accuracy. Of course, this is coming from caste-whores such as Kiper and the NFL network so I guess you can take that for what its worth. I will say this about him, after watching him play, he is pretty elusive in the pocket. He was able to side-step and brush off defenders with relative ease. You're wrong when you say that he takes off and runs at the first sign of pressure. He actually isn't all that fast. In fact, Brady Quinn was a lot faster and is considered a better overall athlete. If it wasn't for his accuracy issues, and of course the caste system that allows black QB's more chances, Quinn would have gone ahead of Russell. Quinns accuracy issues (which dont get me wrong is a HUGE intangible at the QB position) were all the caste-whores needed to trump a black QB over a white one of relatively equal overall talent

Alworth, I've used that exact term "game-manager" to describe Leftwich's game. I like your analysis. I don't know if Matt Jones, or any new Jags WR's they bring in for that matter, will ever become regular 1000 yarders.

I agree, it's better to have a game winner at QB if a team wants to become dominant. For every Trent Dilfer there are probably at least double that of winning Super bowl QB's that are high octane passers. Then there are the game winner-game loser inconsistent QB's, like my favourite, the New York Giant's QB Eli Manning. I don't know whats better the Eli Manning type or a game manager like Leftwich. I do think Manning has a chance to become quite good though if he can overcome his eraticness.

Harris may be at it again. The word is Dante Culpepper is in his sights. Some of the other QB's in Jax have said that Culpepper may be traded for. That would give Jacksonville 4 black quarterbacks.
