So, PHI beats CHI tonight, with DET already eliminated, the Pack still control their destiny. They beat CHI next week, and they're in. But they are not going to do that by ignoring Jordy Nelson. WTF is the problem in GB with respect to always under-utilizing, under-targeting Jordy? Seems to be the story since they drafted him.

Sweet INT by AJ Hawk. Would like to see Kuhn get a few more touches like he did a couple years ago... If GB simply targeted Nelson as often as they force the ball to Jones and Boykin, Jordy would have 200 yards/game....

Come on Chris Conte!!! Clear your name!!

OMG.......it only took Chrissy Collingsworth four minutes into the game to start caste speak. Foles makes a nice run for a first down and Chrissy starts with the "he's not athletic.....probably runs a 5.1.....the only reason he could do that is because the entire defense is keying on Leshean McCoy"

Followed by a Foles to Riley Cooper TD!

On a day Nick Foles attempted 48 passes and threw for 428 yards, Cooper was quiet with just seven targets. He did convert a two-point conversion, giving disappointed owners a slight boost. Cooper has now been held under 74 yards in four straight weeks and hasn't scored a touchdown during that span. With a tougher matchup against the Bears on deck, he'll be a risky WR3 type. Cooper's talent limitations are starting to catch up with him. Dec 15 - 6:36 PM

who's the mental midget that keeps writing this BS?

I believe Collinsworth and other media types are trying to soft sell the world on Nick Foles, so as to not make it look like he's such an incredible upgrade over Michael Vick. Hence, they will attribute as much of the Eagles' recent success as possible to the Black players on the roster, while conveniently ignoring the fact that Philadelphia suddenly became a competent team once they started playing more White guys.

The media want to paint Foles perhaps as a caretaker or game manager until either Vick wakes up from being a lousy football player, or Philadelphia contracts a real [Black] quarterback to distract the game-watching public from the fact that Foles is simply a superior athlete in every way, not only to Vick, but any number of other supposedly game-revolutionizing cocoabacks.

OMG! Did he just say a 4/5 white offensive line is quick and athletic?

The Eagles used to be one of the most hated caste teams........now they are great fun to watch.......Foles, Cooper, Ertz, Celek, Barwin......and to think that six months ago Riley Cooper was on the edge of being released and black-balled from the league.....and probably would have been without Mike Vick's open support......we live in a funny world!

Not sure if its been mentioned, but apparently if the 49ers lose tomorrow the game against the Cardinals next Sunday will decide which one makes the playoffs. So that game actually matters..

Though I bet if the Cards go the playoffs, the media will whine that the 49ers missed despite how bad the NFC North was, but if the 49ers make it, they will be silent.

They do this every couple of years when a team with a substandard record makes it in the playoffs or comes close. They were bitching about Seattle making it in as a 7-9 division championship. Bet they wouldn't complain about that if it happened today.

If the Eagles (9) Packers (10) and Cards (7) make the playoffs it will be much more white friendly. Unfortunately, only the Pats will start more than 5 whites in the AFC unless the Chargers (7) sneak in. The Broncos could be down to 4 whites if Welker does not come back.

I have to admit, it still weirds me out a little bit. They start 7 YTs on offense, and Barwin is a star on defense. They rival the Vikings for most whites on the field in the NFC, and have the advantage of being very good. The Cooper emergence, combined with Foles replacing Vick, easily makes the Eagles the anti-caste storyline of the year. If they were to add another good white player on defense for next year, it would be amazing. Their fans are seriously freaked out over having a white QB, so that makes it extra-special. I think it's totally by accident, and not part of a trend for the Eagles, but I'm enjoying it while it lasts.

I'm hoping Zeke Motta starts tomorrow night. I've yet to see him in action. He was really good at Notre Dame, and looks to have starter potential in the NFL, hopefully he shines on MNF. and Yes, I really wanna see SF get bumped from the playoffs!!

Foles is shredding the Bears defense. So far he looks like an elite quarterback.

That was embarrassing, I honestly think the Eagles were just trying to run out the clock but the Bears D was giving up 30 and 60 yards a carry it was ridiculous.

Did anyone else hear Collinsworth-less making basketball references throughout the entire Eagles/Bears game? He gets weirder every week-

Who, Hartline??? He's been consistently productive over the past six weeks and also scoring some TDs. What more do you want from him?

I had Hartline in a couple of FF football league and he was a bit of a disappointment from a FF aspect. In FF you like guys to have big games once in a while instead of being steady. Hartline because of his consistency would put up a few points each week but never seems to rack up a big score that can get you a win.

From a strictly football standpoint he is awesome, dependable and regularly productive, but with FF dominating peoples impressions this season has been lukewarm for him. Good "real life" season, so-so FF season. He's ranked 25-30 in my FF leagues which is middle of the pack, not bad, just not great.

As has been mentioned it's expected that white receivers be great - or be gone. So any white receiver not lighting it up can be expected to get criticism because surely there must be a black guy somewhere that is better.

25th is a number 2 receiver in a 16 team league, a solid number 3 in a 12 team league. "Middle of the pack" is in the 40 to 60 range. Sorry but that's not disappointing, that's a receiver who has put together back to back thousand yard seasons (assuming he gets 22 yards next week). How many others can make that claim over the past two years? What do you want from him, he's exceeded just about everyone's expectations, including ours here at CF. Find someone else to nitpick.
