Wow, espn is reporting that Ridnour is signing with the timberwolves. Good stuff! Maybe Rubio joins after next year?

This is great news. Now they have Kevin Love, Darko Milicic, Aleksander Paviovic, Oleksly Pecherov, Brian Cardinal and Luke Ridnour on the team. That is 6 out of 12 guys! Maybe we will see three of these guys in the starting 5! Ridnour is a very underated point guard. He tore it up for Milwaukee last year in the limited minutes he received.

Was Jon Scheyer signed by the Heat? If so, will he ever play?

he was signed to their Summer League team, which is far different than making the final roster. but as has been stated, he (and White big man Shavlik Randolph) are apparently the two best players on that team.

Apparently Scheyer doesn't have the lateral agility and athleticism to last in the NBA according to all the drunk scouts. The kid could take players off the dribble in college and he will do the same in the NBA.

Zoubek is now with the Nets. Let's hope he can stick around. Here is the scouting report from Nbadraft.net. It's the usual garbage dismissing his athletic skills.
Strengths: A role player with good size and length for the center
position "¦ Plays hard and is willing to do all the dirty work inside ...
Will fight for position on the defensive end, get to the glass and
rebound ... Effective setting screens to get his teammates open ...
Rebounds the ball extremely well thanks to his size and aggressive
approach inside ... Has a very good nose for the ball and is able to get
to a number of missed shots that are out of his area ... A high
character guy, a good teammate and a nice locker room piece ... Shows
decent hands, and can make catches in the paint in drive and dish
situations ...

Weaknesses: Style of game would fit better in the NBA if it were 1980
... Big, tall, unathletic centers don't have much of a place in the NBA
nowadays ... Not a scoring threat inside ... Lacks footwork, touch and
body control to be effective with his back to the basket ... Does not
have great mobility and his motor is also fairly poor - demonstrated by
his inability to run the floor and stay on the court for extended
periods of time ... Extremely foul prone ... An awkward athlete with
very stiff and robotic movements ...

Yeah, Zoubek is getting screwed.
Funny thing, he could probably start for the Heat. lol

Zoubek, Scheyer, and Randolph would all be good pick ups.

The Heat should pick up Scheyer. He would work very well with Wade in the back court.

Scheyer reminds me of Danny Ainge or a better ball-handling Brian Shaw. I could also see him hitting big shots like John Paxon or Derek Fisher.

With Scheyer you can play a three guard rotation of him, Wade, and Chalmers and use Mike Miller as the back up small forward (sixth man).

Scheyer can make a fortune playing in Israel's basketball league if the NBA doesn't allow him to play. As long as JS keeps playing somewhere eventually some team will see JS's talent and potential and sign him so he doesn't have to play in the M E or Europe for his entire career. He's WAY to good of a player for that!

Here is, I think (I only scanned it quickly),a surprisingly great article regarding Kirk Hinrich. The NBA.comwriter notes the Bulls are currently in abind now that Kirk is gone and Reddick isn't coming to replace to him.

By the way, Paxson is a total a$$ clown. He should've made it veryclear to the Wizards that he could change the trade(or scrap it all together)if the Bulls failed to sign Queen Jimmyand/orD-Wade and Bosch.

So Redick is staying in Orlando? Hopefully he will replace Vince Carter as the starting SG soon if Carter departs next year. I think you could definitely make the argument that Redick fit with the Magic starting 5 better and helped the team MORE than Vince Carter when he played . Plus Redick has some nice upside and Carter is regressing.

Losing Reddick May Be Blessing for Bulls

One of the few things I have learned in my brief life is that people
rarely know what they really want the first time around. Most people
today change their major in college, their careers and their spouses. In
many cases, it isn't until the second time around that these people
discover the best fit for them.

It is too early to know for certain, but I believe that is the situation
the Chicago Bulls front office finds itself in today. This comes after
the Orlando Magic matched the offer the Bulls made to restricted free
agent J.J. Reddick.

I have nothing against J.J. Reddick (BS!). He is a proven shooter whose stock
only rose during the playoffs, when he was the Magic's only consistent
player in their Conference Finals loss to Boston. The problem is the
Bulls signed Reddick last week. His name is Kyle Korver. Like Reddick, Korver is a shooting guard whose only talent is shooting
three-pointers. Both are slow and unathletic. Both are poor defenders
(both players just happen to be White).
Yes, outside shooting was a need coming into the off-season, but signing
two players who play the same position to fill that need is excessive
to say the least.

In signing Reddick the Bulls were behaving like a teenager at the mall
who decides if she likes one shirt, three must be better. Once you have
one, why get more that look exactly the same?

The reason why losing out on Reddick is a blessing in disguise is that
it allowed the Bulls to move on to their second, and most likely best,
choice. Shooting guard Ronnie Brewer
(black), the latest Utah expatriate to land
with the Chicago Jazz, is far more athletic than Reddick (because he is black). Yes, he is a
three-point liability, but he is a nice complement to Korver, and can
even play alongside him with Korver sliding to small forward. Could you
imagine Korver and Reddick on the floor at the same time
(yeah, TWO White players on the court at the same time, NO team can win doing that...)? You may as
well lay a red carpet down the middle of the lane. Brewer also comes cheaper than Reddick, leaving money to fill the Bulls
two remaining needs: backups at center and point guard. Brad Miller, who
brings leadership and outside shooting in addition to toughness, is
almost a necessity, given the available free agent centers. One-time
Bull and Maywood native Shannon Brown is a great fit at point guard, and
he likely would not have been on the Bulls' radar had they signed
Reddick.

If the Bulls want another three-point shooter they can pursue James
Jones, who is sure to come much cheaper than Reddick did. Either way,
the Bulls are looking deeper and better-rounded than they did 24 hours
ago. Often the second choice turns out to be the best choice. You might
even say the Bulls are better off without LeBron James. Then again,
perhaps not.http://netdugout.com/chicago/2010/07/spimental/losing-reddick-may-be-blessing-for-bulls/

Wow, just wow. And they say we're the racists. All this chump "writer" does is mention the white athlete in negative terms without any evidence to back it up. Actually most of his statements, like Redick being nonathletic, slow and a poor defender are simply false. Evidence presented by JC and me would indicate that Redick is an above average defender (He didn't shut down Ray Allen, but he contained him last playoffs and had a better +/- than Allen in the 4 victories- and had a better +/- than his other two SG teammates last playoffs. Redick's speed is actually in the middle of the pack for SGs when looking at his combine measurements and his vertical jump for a SG of 33 inches, is maybe a mere 2 or 2.5 inches below average. And his lane agility is above average).

Racism isn't pride in your own race like the cultural Maxists try to claim, it's constant bashing of a race- or slanderous comments about a racial group- while in most cases- at the same time pushing supremacy of your race. This is pure racial stereotyping to the extreme.

With a whiterivals media this biased (easily brainwashing the DWF sheeple)...it's amazing there is even one white SG in the entire NBA. But just try mentioning the stereotyping of Jon Scheyer or Toby Gerhart on Footballsfuture or mentioning white people in a positive light any other place than here. You'll be

Redick has had to adjust his game tremendously since joining the NBA. Since, like all white "shooters," he isn't allowed to shoot very much, Redick has become an outstanding defender, drives and penetrates very well and is a more than competent passer and ball handler.

Hinrich exemplifies the orchestrated nature of pro sports, especially when it comes to white players. A black player with his abilities would be an unquestioned starter, no matter what team he was on. Hinrich will play a limited number of minutes with the Wizards, instead of being permitted to shine like the star player he is.

The same thing goes for Redick; compare him to Curry. Redick is bigger, a much better defender and was a more prolific scorer in college. However, Curry's black father made it possible for him to be handed a starting job in the NBA, where he was immediately encouraged to shoot the ball. Redick, on the other hand, will always have his shooting limited. If he was permitted to shoot the ball like Curry does, JJ would be a leading scorer in the league.

I heard Skip Bayless scoff at Redick (while also managing to disparage Adam Morrison in the process) the other day on ESPN. The double standard here is completely ridiculous. Edited by: bigunreal

Redick was a tremendous college player but he can't dominate the same way in the NBA. He's still a very good player and his athleticism is underrated as is the case with almost all white athletes.

Hinrich is a different story. No one questions that he is great athlete. He's been very effective his entire career but his numbers have dipped a bit the past few years thanks to all the affletes the Bull drafted.

That's my point about Hinrich; first of all, the Bulls would never have drafted his replacement if he was black. Also, any black player with his skill set would only be traded to or signed by a team that was planning to start him.

I disagree about Redick. He was a dominant scorer in college because he was allowed to shoot a lot. In the pros, he hasn't even been permitted to start, let alone be the kind of "shooter" that Curry and countless other blacks and mulattos are. Redick faces the problem that all white college star players do; in the NBA, only blacks are allowed to take shot after shot, regardless of how many they make.

You have to be given shots in order to score.

Redick is stuck behind Vince Carter whose already 33 years old. Redick did start some games in the beginning of last season when afflete Carter was injured.

Hinrich is totally screwed. He's now in Washington and no way he's going to get decent minutes with afflete John Wall there. They didn't draft Wall with the first pick to have him sit on the bench.

I agree. Redick is a rhythm shooter who gets hotter the more he shoots the ball and he makes his shots way above the average percentage and he also showed he can make the players around him better at Duke. If Redick had a team built around him or at least had him as a #2 option where he could shoot as often as he wanted to I have NO DOUBT that JJ would easily score 25-35 PPG at a much higher percentage than most black shooters. JJ is also a fan favorite in Orlando so it's ridiculous that he's not given more of an opportunity to use his skills. The Magic would be a much better team if they let JJ loose, he's WAY better than Carter and even the DWFs can see this!!!

Iam confident that I have seen Brewer play much more than the guy who wrote this article. So, my first response is howling laughter. Here is the truth about Brewer.
Athleticism: typical of a shooting guard, nothing special.
Defense: Mostly crap. Doesn't stay in front of his guy. Opponents have no trouble scoring against him. Doesn't get around screens well. Gets alot of steals by anticipating passes. His only defensive strength.
Offense: Pure garbage. Can't shoot outside five feet. Two years ago in the playoffs, Kobe didn't even guard him. Seriously. He was twenty feet away most of the time. Can't create a shot off the dribble. Gets most of his points on dives to the basket, which means he needs a big guy that draws a double team for him to score. If he gets the ball inside he is good around the rim. His passing is very average.

I would take JJ in a heartbeat over Brewer. Edited by: BYU76

So would the Bulls and Magic apparently. The guy who wrote that BS article is a true believer in black athletic superiority. Apparently someone didn't watch Duke and their nearly all White team in the NCAA Finals this year winning another Championship while dominating many more "athletic" teams on the way...

The self-aggrandizement and ego of these overpaid NBA superstars, egged on and rewarded by the Cultural Marxist media,is beyond belief, as exemplified by Dwyane [sic] Wade's moronic statements:

Dwyane Wade issued an apology Monday to those who may have been offended by his use of the phrase "World Trade" while answering a question about the upcoming Miami Heat season.
The All-Star guard made the remark Sunday before the annual charity basketball game he co-hosts with Alonzo Mourning.
Standing at his locker before a group of reporters, Wade said:

"There's going to be times when we might lose one, two games in a row, maybe two games, three games in a row, you never know. It's going to seem like the world is crashed down. You all are going to make it seem like the World Trade has just went down again. But it's not going to be nothing but a couple basketball games lost and we'll have to get back on track."
On Monday, before leaving on a flight to Los Angeles for some television appearances â€" he was previously booked to talk with Jay Leno â€" Wade issued an apology through the Heat.
In the statement, Wade said: "In an interview yesterday, I attempted to explain how some people may view the Miami Heat losing a few basketball games in a row during the upcoming season. It appears that my reference to the World Trade Center has been either inaccurately reported or taken completely out of context. I was simply trying to say that losing a few basketball games should not be compared to a real catastrophe.
"While it was certainly not my intention, I sincerely apologize to anyone who found my reference to the World Trade Center to be insensitive or offensive."
AOL Fanhouse initially reported the guard saying: "If we lose a couple in a row this season, it will be like the World Trade (Center) is coming down again."
Hours later, AOL Fanhouse published a different version of the quote, citing a transcription error and an editor's note saying, "we deeply regret the error."

I saw a headline that mentioned that only about 10 million people watched the "Lebrawn Announcement"...

Sure, there could very well have been some crowds at some sports bars, watching what's on the TVs, but the 10 million number is truly TINY nonetheless.

It confirms what I suspected... Of course, Lebron was supported by the Cleveland "fans" when he was there (there's probably not much else to do in Cleveland?), and he will likely be supported in the city of Miamee, but "America as a whole" doesn't worship "King James."

James is now essentially in the Everglades, rather than in major hubs like New Yawk or Chicago. With all the wealthy negroes that have homes/condos in Miami, it cannot really be a surprise that Bosh and Lebron went from places that are very North (and Toronto "lacks soul food"...) all the way down to humid, TanEveryman, South Florida. Good Riddens!
So true I can't tell you how many free agents have whined about the lack of Black American fast food outlets in whiter markets in the NBA. Chris Webber being the most famous case. Hey but Toronto has Jamaican Jerk and Trinidadian Roti.....

Love is a starter, period. His per minute production was off the charts last year. I'm glad he is making it clear that he wants to start and will accept nothing less. If they keep screwing him he will get out at his first opportunity.
