Although unlike football where there are forbidden positions Basketball allows whites to play every role although In a vast majority of the time they are limited to being team first players and not the stars of the team, while their black teammates are aloud to be gunners. Whites are much more prominent as big men where height is needed 12 of 30 NBA centers are white much higher than the other positions

Here is the breakdown of NBA starters by position there are thirty NBA teams

So 30 teams = 150 starters, 24 of them white. Thats exactly why I cant stand the Negro Basketball ASSociation.

Although I prefer the racial composition of the NHL:

C 99.9% white
LW 99.9% white
RW 99.9% white
LD 99.9% white
RD 99.9% white
G 99.9% white

Coaches 99.9% white
Fans 99.9% white

Just one thing; Don't forget Peja Stojakovic at SF in New Orleans is still a starter when healthy; I think he might be out again the last week or so with injury.

This is a great write up White Tornado!!!

Well 24 out of 150 is 16 percent. That is worse than in the NFL. All this while every black rookie gets the freedom to throw up 25 shots a game while his team rots at the bottom of the conference.

Yeah, but it is a better situation IMO since whites aren't outright banned from certain positions. The NFL is pure racism against white men plain and simple. Like I said the NBA should be around 55-60% white; the NFL should be around 70% white IMO; so this makes the NFL worse I'd call it criminal!

Luke Ridnour was a starter for the bucks, Beno Udrih and Andres Nocioni start for the Kings. Mike Dunleavy would also start if he wasnt injured. Matt Bonner is a SF, Manu Ginobili is as good as a starter

Matt "Boner" is a starter now? We should erect a monument. He's hard to stop when he sticks it in the hole.

Impressive list there WT.

Many of today's NBA whites are at the C and PF positions. I find it alarming when there are very few whites at the PG and SG positions. These guys could have been in the NBA:

Adam Haluska
Gerry McNamara
Kevin Kruger
Blake Ahearn
Jared Jordan
Casey Jacobsen
Luke Jackson

and guys like Travis Deiner, and Chris Quinn should be getting solid playing minutes. If things were "fair."

Agreed: Especially Chris Quinn; Mario Chalmers hasn't been outperforming Quinn's play of last year, but has already become a full time starter as a rookie and relegated Quinn to spot duty. I must also mention Coby Carl (cut this year), Matt Walsh and Mike Gansey at SG being screwed.

If you don't include linemen and kickers the nba probly has the same percentage or mabey more white men than the nfl. Plus the fact of having no forbeden positions makes me not understand why some on this site swear of the nba and still watch the nfl.
