WASHINGTON - Michael Steele was elected Republican National Committee chairman on Friday, defeating the incumbent party chief and three other challengers over six rounds of voting to become the first black to lead the GOP. The former Maryland lieutenant governor takes over a beleaguered GOP as Republicans seek to rebound from back-to-back defeats in national elections that gave Democrats control of Congress and the White House.

Was it really a surprise? Considering how public-figure Republicans of a non-WASPy kind were so eager to bring some "inclusivity" to the Stupid Party, they finally succeeded.

Expect White defections to begin in 1...2...3...4...

the black thing kinda irks me bc im still queasy from the Obama love fest but other than that, i kinda like Steele. i have seen him debate many a democrat on Bill Maher and John Stewart and the guy has done very well in my opinion. he's a smart guy, he's funny and he doesn't come off as old or elitist. i think he's going to do alot for repubs as far as expanding the base.

does anyone have a problem with him other than his race? has he made some blunder im not privy too?

i'm not trying to be confrontational, im just trying to get a better read on the guy. i like what i have seen from him so far but i admit i haven't had a huge exposure to his policies.

Expanding the Republican base is not a good thing for whites.

Really, what good are Republicans for whites? They don't fight affirmative action, they send mostly whites to die for Israel, they don't defend us against invading foreign immigrants. They suck!

You see, from the 50's, to the 80's, SOUTH AFRICA was just that, whites occupied high and wealthy positions (both in the Government and in Sports), whites accounted only 15% of South Africa's population, now, the reverse is happening in UNCLE SAM, blacks now occupy the top positions (Government and Sports). In Colorado, a state with a teeny black population, blacks are head of both the state house and senate. There's undoubtedly other states where they have been springboarded to head one or the other legislative body. They are wildly over-represented in sports broadcasting, with one usually playing the lead role ala James Brown. It's the same with "fake" roles in commercials, on TV shows, in movies, etc. The PTB have been pushing blacks as authority figures over Whitesfor decades now, which is why I wasn't surprised by Obama's election.It's reminiscent of Reconstruction days after the War Between the States, when many blacks were thrust into roles they weren't qualified for to punish the South and sate the North's long-time love affair with blacks.

I didn't even know Colorado had blacks until the late '80s, when family members told me about the burgeoning gang culture in certain areas around Denver. When I went back to Colorado in the mid '90s, I couldn't believe my eyes. Aurora, a suburb outside of Denver where my late grandmother lived, had a considerably large number of blacks, especially in the local shopping mall. I was perplexed by all of this because when I went there every summer in the late '80s, it was like something out of old-school Southern California--lots of blonds and good-looking White people!

I'll never forget one time listening to Rush (this was going back to the mid '90s too) and some angry black woman from Colorado Springs was giving some rant about Whitey over the air. I didn't even know a place like Colorado Springs had blacks running amuk. Edited by: Don Wassall

Take solace in the fact that the medium wealth for a black person is only 1/10 that of a white person I believe. The GI Bill after WWII gave veterans of the war a low down payment, low interest home, which they were able to use to build wealth and pass on inheritance. Blacks were excluded from this for the most part. I think that is when the wealth gap accelerated. There are obviously many other reasons, but that was the main one.

The Republican Party leadership in its latest act of self-immolation appointed, Michael Steele, a radical Black racist as the leader of the Party.


Steele is a passionate supporter of affirmative action programs that racially discriminate against tens of millions of White Americans. He also supports increased discrimination against White owned businesses in the awarding of non-merit and non-bid minority contracts. He is opposed to the death penalty and thinks that it is disproportionately applied to Blacks even though it is applied to White murderers at 500 percent higher than it is to Black murderers. He is also an advocate of more gun control legislation as well as a draconian, massively increased enforcement of the current laws. He is a servile dog of Israel and has condemned Hamas and Hezbollah as terrorists and yet said not a word of compassion for the 5,000 (half of them women and children) who have been maimed and murdered in Gaza by Israel's weapons of mass destruction. He says that he would still support the Iraq War and the loss of 50,000 maimed Americans, 4500 killed and trillions in cost, even though the reason for the war (Weapons of Mass Destruction) was proven to be a lie.


When a reporter for the Washington Post interviewed me on the appointment, this is what I said:
I am glad these traitorous leaders of the Republican Party appointed this Black racist, affirmative action advocate to the head of the Republican party because this will lead to a huge revolt among the Republican base. As a former Republican official, I can tell you that millions of rank-and-file Republicans are mad as hell and aren't going to take it anymore! We will either take the Republican Party back over the next four years or we will say, "To Hell With the Republican Party!" And we will take 90 percent of Republicans with us into a New Party that will take its current place!
I think the insanity of nominating "Mr. Amnesty" John McCain and now this Black racist â€â€￾ will lead to insurgency in the Republican ranks, and a lot of dissidents getting elected in Republican Party primaries around the country. This will result over the next four years a real move by millions of Republicans to take the party back to the populist issues that are not only right but can win for the Republican Party. We must end affirmative action, protect our gun rights and all our constitutional rights, have a moratorium on immigration, we must have protectionism, yes I said protect American businesses and their workers from NAFTA and GATT and the lie of free trade, and we must have America First, not foreign interventionism. It wasn't written into federal law that blacks were excluded, but they were (except for rare circumstances) from the home ownership element. Before the GI bill only the very rich lived in the suburbs; blacks and whites lived in small towns, farms or the city. Because of the GI Bill all kinds of new suburbs were created. However, blacks were not allowed to move into these neighborhoods and banks refused to give blacks loans for them.

There are other factors, like I wrote. The bling bling culture no doubt has an impact, maybe a huge impact.

Many warnings are coming out of South Africa concerning the turnover of power from whites to blacks,as happened in 1994 when the African National Congress was installed there,one of the main things to look for are the name changes of schools,public places,streets,bridges,etc.,if blacks are 13% of the American population how can any public place fall victim to an african name change.


We all know that this is happening all over the U.S.,and one wonders if these name changes are ever voted on by any city or state body of government,does anyone ever take a stand against handing our country over to minorities who will never be able to maintain a 1st world society,or will the U.S. become a 3rd world society,as the White middle class is purposely destroyed,and our cities are flooded with non-whites who possibly will become the majority by the year 2042.

Such name changes have been going on for decades all over the country. The nicknames Rebels, Confederates, Indians, Chinks, etc. have been changed. Schools and roads named after local white founders or historic white figures have been renamed after "civil rights leaders." Yes, many of the changes have been voted on by our so-called representatives. People have not cared, nor held accountable their elected officials, thus the prevalence of such name changes. Some people do take a stand and vote against such things, but those victories over PCism are comparatively rare. Most people try to avoid being labeled racist, etc. and just buckle when pressure is exerted, even from a literal handful of people. White people as a group are spineless and have little tono will to stand and fight for the truth. Of course, they have largely been brainwashed into these beliefs by the anti-white media.

Blacks were not excluded by the GI Bill. There were cities and small towns where they could buy homes. As we have learned in recent years, it is one thing to get a low interest loan, it is another thing to pay it off.

Brilliant move Republicans! Gain .000000000000000000000000000000003 Black votes by pissing on your base and making them feel even more alienated and apathetic from the party that supposedly represents them!!!

It will be interesting and instructive to see what repercussions occur. Having served on Republican committees I could only conclude that the average GOP activist is today drunk with glee over Steele's selection. Republican hacks are positively brain dead!

I knew Denver had blacks from a) learning about their (eventual 3-term mayor Wellington Webb) and b) seeing on a map a Mikey King thoroughfare near Denver's former airport, Stapleton. I didn't know Aurora or the Springs had many blacks. Then again I've never been to the Centennial State.

Aren't Americans tired of voting for Republicans and then having them sh*t on them worse then the Democrats do?!

Anyone who still votes Republican and expects smaller government, lower taxes, secure borders, sound money, non-interventionist foreign policy, etc is just lying to themselves. We must all band together and support the few politicians like Ron Paul who run on these ideals. Unless Paul and his supporters take back the GOP, we will most likely have to support third party candidates.

I expect the GOP to get slaughtered again at the next big elections. Hopefully, this time the GOP will change the party platform instead of the skin color of the Chairman.
