Where does everyone find defensive stats easily as the normal sites like fox etc don't seem to have defence box score for college games? Thanks for all the info weekly from all of you guys.

@Red Raider is correct. You can also check CFBStats but they don't get updated right away.

Mertz not impressive at all...probably the biggest early disappointment this year.

Henningsen's 2 sacks is awesome! Everyone around Wisconsin program says he is a "Beast Athletically". One of the strongest guys in the program.

Hopefully he has a JJ Watt type rise during the draft process. I can't remember exactly but I think Watt was a late riser in the 2011 draft - most of his stock boost came during the pre-draft process. Could be wrong though.

Yup. His pocket presence and feet are horrible. I'm guessing his wide open HS Offense helped him a lot.

Yea I don't understand that philosophy. Recruit a spread QB, make him transition to play under center in a run heavy offense - odd recruiting choice by the Badgers and odd commitment choice by Mertz.

Me either. Now with his struggles it's time to talk about the thinking involving that!

Would be excellent to see Henningsen Top 3 rds. If he could slip into 1st with Hutchinson, that would be something to talk about.

Van Dyke is now 6-6 236 YDS 3 TDs...splitting time with another freshman QB. A precursor to what will probably happen tonight with Ohio St. However Van Dyke's performance should put some pressure on Diaz and why he was sticking with the black quarterback. Not saying that will happen but it SHOULD happen.

Tanner Mordecai - another interesting player - 4 star QB goes to Oklahoma - Cuck Riley chooses Hurts, Murray and Rattler over him. Now at SMU he is playing pretty well in his first season. Great early season story but also a cautionary tale about certain coaches trending towards making the QB position another non-White position.

Sanborn all over the field today - making plays. Great player...gets zero national recognition.

Oh man Its getting old nitpicking, but QB play has been atrocious for Wisconsin.

Looks like Coan is done for the day.. Let's hope it's only a game and not season ending.

He was able to walk off under his own power to the locker room. Looked like his leg got rolled up on. Nice fastball by Pyne on that last throw. Would much rather see Pyne under center while Coan is out than "Linsanity".

Pyne with the probable nail in the coffin. The Badgers defense has certainly held up - the offense has been a disappointment. @Bucky said this a week back but it may be time for Wolff.

Yes he's a better scrambler and really can't be any worse accuracy wise! Mertz is overrated. 2TDs in last 7 starts!

Good call on his footwork...he never sets them, just lets the ball sail. I'd just sit him the rest of the year, tell him to work on his mechanics and see how Wolf does as the Badgers enter the Big 10 schedule.

My fear is Paul Chryst will be a stubborn "it's all okay" Wisconsinite. Could be a while more of watching this Mertz trainwreck.
