Nick Wright is downright frightening with his Baldrick worship. We poked fun at DWF behaviour but Wright might be worse than any of them as he should know better...
PS, maybe he is auditioning for Gimp Bayless' job...

Nick Wright is far beyond gone. The definition of a total caste clown. Everyone seems to be doing damage control for Tiger Woods - the Sheriff's department included.

These clowns think of Tiger Woods and Kobe Bryant the same way that normal people think of JFK, the Space Shuttle Challenger astronauts, and the people who died on 911. They worship athletes with the old "do you remember where you were when you heard?" routine.

"Coverage of Tiger Woods' car crash ignores reality"
This article is in the NY Post today. The writer, Phil Mushnick has been telling the truth about Tiger and sports in general for years.

One of the best articles I’ve ever read about Woods. Hat tip to Phil Mushnick, who for years has written articles critical of the corporate sports media.
Hear! Hear! Freethinker. Thank you foreverfree.
As well as what ramicackle said about the clowns that worship this guy. It's disgusting.

My philosophy on hero worship of entertainers and athletes is once you can think critically your worship of x athlete or entertainer should end. I had a few heroes as a boy and once I hit junior high that pretty much ended for me.

Now when a Bobby Orr, Csonka or Joe Willie dies or is badly sick and on the verge of death I may feel sad for them and their families but I wouldn't be in a depressive state similar to family member being in that state.

PS I won't wear any jersey of a man much younger than me or now that I am getting old in a possible son's range, that is beyond cucked...

Same here - I'll wear a team shirt, but I haven't worn another man's name on my back since I turned 13...save a free shirt given away at a ballgame, those become workout shirts.

Tiger Woods, Bruce Springsteen, and Bob Kraft are just the latest examples of the court system covering for the elites. They go to court, their cases are thrown out due to police negligence or the law doesn't apply to their case. God help the downtrodden that is in the system.

Agree 100%. My girlfriend wore my jersey when I was in HS. When I see those DWF’s in jerseys with another man’s name on it I laugh at them.

Yup. I've heard there are even different arrest procedures depending on the social status of the arrestee.

Springsteen went to a park and had a few drinks and was busted, Kraft had a massage with a happy ending that as it turned out was filmed and turned him into a national laughingstock. What both did wasn't a big deal when this was a relatively free country. To the extent they're given a different standard of justice it shows just what a police state/nanny state the USSA has become. As for Woods, the media of course has always run interference for him, but I'm not aware of any criminal activity that he's gotten away with; in fact he received a very publicized DUI several years ago.

I will never believe that Woods, Kraft, or Springsteen would have received the treatment in court if it was not for their names and money. Tiger was cleared of any charges while he was in the hospital. Some kind of officer on tv was clearing Tiger while they were still operating on him. As that old saying goes" the rich makes bail and the poor stay in jail."

I wasn't referring to their treatment after they were arrested or in court, my point is that Kraft and Springsteen, very prominent and powerful people, were arrested for inconsequential things that even the average Joe Sixpack wouldn't have been busted for until recent times, showing how much freedom has been lost in this country. Booth, surely you can remember when downing a few drinks at a bar or in a park or at a party and then driving home wasn't treated like a capital crime.

Yes, I do Don. I interpreted your post the wrong way. I missed that point completely. I am guilty of drinking and driving home from a bar many times. So grateful I didn't kill anybody.

As a trial junkie, I've seen for years how "poor" street criminals get lenient treatment in the criminal justice system until they kill somebody. And there's nothing a politically ambitious U.S. attorney likes better than a Great White Defendant.
