Fantastic that the Mavs and Doncic took it to the Lakers. But wow, watching the officials highlights on youtube you're pretty much left guessing how the Mavs accomplished the feat. 90% of the highlights were of the Lakers making buckets.

As I've told you guys after the Dallas Mavs my second favorite nba team is the Miami Heat. One of their starters, Myers Leonard showing off his incredible
hops dunking from just about the free throw line in practice. This is amazing that a big man has this much speed and explosive jumping ability with that much
size. He is a very big man yet moves similar to a shooting guard or forward. This is no easy feat as most guys in the nba could not do this.

Frank Kaminsky has been playing better lately for the Suns. Kaminsky had 23 pts last night and he had 20 pts tonight. Rubio had 13pts & 15 assists, 4 steals & 6 rebounds. Saric had 9 pts.

Davis Bertans had 25 points for the Wizards today. I really wish he was starting. Mortiz Wagner got the start tonight and he is fun to watch too.

I would really like the Bucks more if it wasnt' for the fake Greek Freak. He is a very good basketball player but I can't stand him. So selfish and all about his ego. This is a very talented Milwaukee Bucks
Team even without him. Sometimes they play better in my opinion when he is out of the game. Typical ball hog. Has to score over 30 a night even if it means playing minutes in blowouts. Compare that to Luka Doncic. The coach pulls him early in blowouts all the time. Doncic never complains and Luka is still averaging over 30 pts a game, 10 rebounds and almost 10 assists. How many assists does the greek freak have? I won't bother asking as he doesn't pass the ball. Very selfish player.

Love the other guys you mentioned on the Bucks.

For sure the Bucks team from a media stand point is all about the Greek Freak. He is very close friends with Pat Connaghton and has said in an interview he is jealous of PCs hops. By the way PC has been playing really well the past couple of weeks after a long lull.

Another player performing well is back up Lakers PG Alex Caruso. He is logging around 20 minutes a game and is another exciting athlete. Of course the Lakers have Lebron and Anthony Davis and are otherwise caste.

Don't believe it has been noted here but CF favorite G Kyle Guy was promoted to the Kings roster a week or so ago. He was tearing it up in that development league. He has been riding the pine so far but better to be suiting up in the NBA than playing in whatever they call that league--D or G? Basically the NBA version of the NFL's practice squad.

I hate the Lakers but was watching them play the Mavs the other day. The announcers were saying that everyone on the Lakers agree that Alex Caruso is the 2nd most athletic player on the team after only Lebron. My bet would be he is ever more athletic currently due to Lebrons age. They also said one of Caruso's nicknames is the Bald Eagle because he can fly. Kid can jump out of the gym. Like Ginobli in the past I think it's time to shave the chrome dome though. He is a stud and he would look better. Hope Caruso continues to play well off the bench. I wish he was starting!

Happy to hear announcers were hip enough to realize Caruso's athleticism. Too bad that caste drone Doris Burke sees it differently. I think it was the Mavs- Lakers matchup in Dallas and after a wicked Caruso dunk she mumbled about how "surprising" it was and that he worked diligently on his body in the off season implying that Caruso wasn't naturally athletic and ignoring the fact he was throwing some wicked dunks down last season before he "supposedly" worked on his body.

Burks is the main women's basketball color analyst for ESPN and she is decidedly caste. Once in a blue moon she goes off script but I find her just another annoying caste clone.

Maybe LeBron can hook him up with his hair plug guy.

Shadowlight, Kyle has been on a two-way contract, which means he gets to spend 45 days this season with Sacramento. That literally means 45 days, including practice sessions, games and travel days. With a two-way contract, he must spend the balance of the season with the developmental league team. Last season, for example, Duncan Robinson was on a 2-way and played in 15 games. Drew Eubanks of the Spurs got into 23 games last season on a 2-way. Now, I assume, those totals don't count Did Not Play games.

Players on a two-way contract can, at any time, be added to a team's roster, but that team must remove a current player from their 15 man roster. Knicks did it last year with Alonzo Trier. To make room, the Knicks released "fan favorite" Ron Baker, who refused to sign a two-way deal with Brooklyn this season. Instead, Baker opted to sign with a team in Russia.

Here is the only list of Two-Contract players I can find. It's updated and explains the two-way contracts a bit more. Most notable whites this season, aside from Kyle, include Max Strus, Dean Wade, Drew Eubanks (2nd year in a row). I believe there are only 7 whites total, but I don't recognize all the players?

I had no idea and this is the first I have heard of the two-way contract. I guess I need to dial down the giddy meter then. Sort of a purgatorial state. At the end of the day for a player like Kyle Guy it is still preferable for them to be hanging around at the NBA level as opposed to playing at the developmental level but his "roster add on" label isn't particularly gratifying. Perhaps the best way to look at it is to draw an analogy to the NFL. Kind of like being a back up player on the coverage fetch teams.
