Supreme Court Upholds Travel Ban

Nothing radical here. Chief Justice Roberts carefully described the reasons why the ban is justifiable.

Rather simple. If people are coming in from "hot spot danger" areas why let them in if they can't be properly vetted. We are risking a terrorist attack and as we have seen in the past the attack could be devastating. Roberts also said by applying stricter standards that it will "induce other nations to improve their practices."

The notion that this is a "Muslim ban" is absurd. It only affects 8% of the Muslim population and some of the other countries on the list are NOT Muslim including Venezuela and North Korea. Many Muslim nations are NOT on the list.

The ban is probably too modest for some but the media hysteria is overblown. Why on earth let people into the country from gravely risky areas who we don't know enough about? Why put innocent Americans at risk?

So a common sense approach from the Supreme Court.

It should've been a clear-cut 9-0 ruling, but it barely scrapes by 5-4. Scary, and it shows how committed Communists like Ginsberg are, who could be enjoying the last years of life traveling, etcetera, but instead hang on until the bitter end in their dying quest for State-sponsored Bolshevism for all.

Not sure what the ban accomplishes in the big picture, but it's sure to get the lunch invader crowd hyperventilating even more.

And I don't know what that accomplishes other than it's fun to watch.

It’s a kick to see the scum of the universe SJWs wet their (collective) under-panties. :p
