I like Foles too. He was very good in Philly. Look at the Eagles now? He was a lot better then Bradford. I thought he could be a star but the Rams problems on offense would have hurt any QB. Hopefully Welker can help him turn it around.

I was high on Nick Foles when he came out in 2012. Then he had one of the greatest seasons ever in 2013. The leftists in the mainstream media hated him because he was white, blond, rich, successful and a Christian. This made me like him even more.

Foles never got the credit he deserved for 2013, regardless of how has he played since then.

I'm interested to see how he does in the future. Will he develop into a consistently elite player?

One reason I hope he does well is because it would stick in the craw of the white hating leftists in the mainstream media.

The Rams benched Foles.

The Foles situation is hard to figure. Some observations.

In 2012 the scouting reports said Foles had good accuracy in the short and intermediate range but not on the deep ball.

He had one of the greatest seasons ever by a quarterback in 2013.

In 2013 he was one of the most accurate quarterbacks both short and deep.

In 2015 he has had poor accuracy short but good accuracy in the intermediate range.

In 2015 he's been one of the best passers off of play action but one of the worst out of the shotgun.

Foles is said to throw slants well but the Rams don't seem to use that pass too much.

This year Foles played great against Seattle and Arizona, two teams with good defenses.

Foles had a statistically bad game against Chicago, one of the worst pass defenses in the league.

St Louis has one of the worst pass blocking lines in the league, left tackle Greg Robinson is awful.

The Rams receivers are bad, though they will improve with the addition of Wes Welker.

The Rams seem to have a good running back in Todd Gurley.

I find it hard to believe that a player who had the kind of season Foles had in 2013 doesn't have the talent to be a decent starter.

I think the Rams need to upgrade the receiving corps and offensive line and get a new offensive coordinator.

Nick Foles was benched in favor of Case Keenum but now Keenum has a concussion.

Foles will be the starter for the upcoming game against the Bengals.

I'm hoping he does well as he did against the Seahawks and Cardinals.

Some rumors on Caste Football's favorite "fringe" player:

Eagles coach Doug Pederson is "interested" in bringing Nick Foles back to Philadelphia, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The quarterback wheels are spinning in Philly. Schefter reported Sunday the Eagles are no longer planning to place the franchise tag on Sam Bradford and now it looks like Pederson is gearing up for a reunion with Foles. Pederson was the Eagles' quarterback coach when the team drafted Foles in 2012. Foles is coming off a dreadful year in St. Louis but the $7.75 million he'll make in 2016 ($1.75 million base salary plus a $6 million roster bonus) is far less than what Bradford will sign for in free agency. It's unclear what the Rams would be looking for in a trade for Foles.

Interesting for sure. I still believe Foles has all the ability to be a very good starting qb. The Rams were an offensive train wreck.

If I recall correctly, Pederson was instrumental in the Eagles drafting Foles. He worked Foles out and recommended the Eagles draft him. He had a high opinion of him.

It will be interesting to see how Foles does if he goes back to Philadelphia.

So what's next for Nick Foles? The Rams drafted Jared Goff and will probably go with him.

Foles was due for a big salary this year. I'm not sure how it works but if they can the Rams will probably release Foles.

Foles's Achilles heel is his mobility. He needs to go to a team with good pass blocking. If he gets time he can play well I believe. The Rams had an awful pass blocking O line last year.

Foles would do best with a team that emphasizes short and intermediate passing, his fortes. He will probably have to be a backup this year.

The Chiefs might be interested. He would be reunited with his former head coach Andy Reid, who liked Foles.

Let's not forget that Foles had one of the greatest seasons a football player ever had in 2013. That indicates he does have some talent.

Last year Foles played in 4 games for the Chiefs, starting 3. He had a 65.5 completion percentage, a 3-0 TD to INT ration and a 105.9 QB rating, all excellent numbers.

This year Foles signed a 5 year contract with the Eagles for 27.5 million. The Eagles are now strong at quarterback with Foles and Carson Wentz.

So Wentz is out and Nick Foles will be the starter the rest of the way, including the playoffs. I predict Foles will do well.

People seem to forget that Foles had one of the greatest seasons ever in 2013. He had a poor season with the Rams but they had a bad offensive line. Foles does not have good mobility so a bad line affects him more than many quarterbacks. I find it hard to believe that a player who had the kind of season Foles had in 2013 doesn't have the talent to be a decent starter.

Any opinions on the new backup QB for the Eagles, Nate Sudfeld? I checked out a video and it looks like he can really sling it. I became interested because there is clamoring for the Eagles to sign Kaepernick.

Highlights (No rap music for this one, refreshing):

Sudfeld was a 6th round draft choice for the Redskins in 2016. He was cut by them in 2017. To me he seems like a decent backup who could be a spot starter down the road. Here's a scouting report. NFL Events: Combine Player Profiles - Nate Sudfeld

I bolded parts of of a post I made in November of 2015. This post is still relevant. The mainstream media is still hoping for Foles to go away because he's white, rich, blonde and a Christian - all things they hate.

Nick Foles had a great game against the Vikings and is heading to the Super Bowl. He was written off by the mainstream media as quickly as they were able to do it but he didn't go away. They can't write him off right now because he played great. But they won't forget. For the rest of his career certain members of the media will be looking to tear him down any way they can. They never give up.

These godless, anti-White miscreants that you speak of are typically Leftist Jews and those influenced by them. Period. Screw them all the way to hell.

The media here in the ussa is Leftist agenda-driven drivel propagated by hell-bound miserable twits who have no life, no stability in their godless souls.

Propaganda is all they know. They hate us if we are White, but they hate us especially if we embrace the God of the Bible (Foles is guilty of both), simply because they hate Him. Their damnation will be most fitting.

Foles and keenum > manuel and smiff.

PHillisFan made this post in November of 2013. He was right on the money.

Manuel was a first round pick and Smith a high second round pick in 2013, so they were highly thought of. Their careers went nowhere despite being hyped by the media.

Foles and Keenum faced off as starters for their teams in the NFC Championship.

I saw today he hopes to go into the ministry after football.

That is great to hear. If Foles leads the Eagles to victory over the Greatest Football Player Of All Time Tom Brady and the Patriots this Sunday, it will take some of the sting out of it to know it was done by a man of God.

I cannot root against the Patriots in this game, that just goes against my natural instinct. But the Eagles are quite a Christian team as the article below describes. It's great to know that it will really stick in the craw of those that run the NFL regardless of which team wins.

Here's something bizarre. I was at a doctor's office in the waiting room. There were numerous magazines on a table. There were two Sports Illustrated magazines with Nick Foles on the cover. I reached for one of them when I noticed someone had spread butter on both covers. There was the wrapper from the butter and a plastic knife on the table. The only magazines with butter on them were the two with Nick Foles on the covers. This was in a doctor's office. No, I am not making this up.

Maybe whoever did this was an anti-white who hated Nick Foles. There are some sick people out there.

Pro Football Focus did their final rankings of quarterbacks in 2017. They rated both Brett Hundley and Deshone Kizer as being better quarterbacks than Nick Foles.

How accurate are their ratings? Are they biased against white players?

Final NFL QB Rankings by PFF Player Grades, 2017 | NFL Analysis ...

Tyrod Taylor, Dak Prescott, Mariotta, and Jameis Winston were all rated higher than Kirk Cousins, Jared Goff, and Derek Carr. Blake Bortles was also rated higher than Cousins, Goff, and Carr. I am not buying it. This system is flawed. Maybe having a good defense is one of the factors in this QB rating system.

How many GMs would trade Jared Goff for Tyrod Taylor?
