Jack 3D

Any of y'all mugs tried the pre-workout supplement Jack 3D (by USP Labs)? I've a buddy (built like a tank) who swears by it, so I'm giving it a try. I've worked up to 1.5 scoops, but am seeing how I do (before going to 2-3). Thus far, I've noticed more energy when lifting. Harnassing energy is tough (in the gym) at times due to long work hours, family demands & being older now (than in my "gym rat" prime). ;-)

Let me know if/how y'all might have fared with Jack 3D...thanks.

Dixie, I've tried it and just about every other pre-workout supplement on the market. I'm not too big of a fan. I prefer N0-Explode but the best are American Bodybuilding Speed Stack drinks.

Thanks WA! I've heard of those as well & may give them a try (after I get through this J3D). It's supposed to give a pump, but I'm not feeling that yet. I'll see what it does when I move up to 2-3 scoops.

Dixie, I use the full three scoop serving of Jacked3d. I have a high tolerance to caffeine but that product doesn't really have much caffeine in it to begin with. No Explode 2.0 is definitely better as far as powders go. If you've never used NO Explode before it should help you increase your max lifts slightly, at least in the beginning. It stops working after a while. Your gym should sell ABB drinks in the refrigerators. Every gym I've been to does. If not the best place to buy is Supplemenwarehouse or Bodybuilding.com. They have good prices. I order a case a month. I drink it first thing in the morning and then go straight to the gym. It's hard to get to the gym without caffeine.

The thing is with these pre-workouts is they are addictive. I need one every day now.
