you can combine their totals and it would look like a stat line for a White journeyman qb, 374 yards 2 tds 2 interceptions, 56 percent completion

oh wait, you forgot their running ability, Wilson 1 attempt for 2 yards, Kapernick 9 attempts for 31 yards, 3.4 ypc, a long of 9 yards. One sacked 2 times for 20 yards and one sacked 2 times for 21 yards, a total of 41 yards on 4 sacks.

Yeah pretty sure I saw some stat lines like that from Jon Kitna and he wasn't surrounded by much talent from what I remember.

Man the Saints coal black defense is going to make Cam look like a legitimate qb. They could have kept Jim Leonhard who was doing good when he started for the Bills this year due to injury, saints safeties suck, people talk about Ed Reed looking older than he is, take a look at Roman Harper, who was caught from behind by Sam Bradford, who is supposed to be one of the slowest guys in the league running a 5something 40.

Cam Newton has gone 10 of 13 for a grand total of 53.

Revolutionizing the position.

Or Amendola and Edelman.

haha, I was only talking about the 4 pm games! not like I'd forget about Cameron, Gerhart or Pats

biggest drawback of today is Gronk's injury, and Welker's concussion.

here's a link to Gerhart's 41-yard touchdown run: http://www.vikings.com/media-vault/...ouchdown/2b906d5d-49bf-4c5e-93b1-d40e36d67080

i'd still like to see his first carry of the day, a 21-yarder, that was apparently a thing of beauty. if anyone can find a link or a gif, i'd appreciate seeing it.

amen, the TD run by Gerhart was a great run. Thanks for the link and hoping someone has the 21 yarder, I was at work and missed all the games on this crazy day.

Anyone hear the announcers on the Gerhart 41 TD?

They gave credit to offensive coordinator for making great call. They said the defense expected a pass play and were caught off guard.

Gronk's injury is a huge blow to NE's playoff chances, IMO. First, they have to win out to get the #2 seed, which won't be easy. Even then, they'll most likely face CIN which will not be an easy out, before a potential match-up against DEN.

Given SEA is a virtual lock to make it out of the NFC barring any injuries, I think we need to get on the DEN bandwagon all the way. That's the team that should win the AFC and would have the best shot at beating the Blackhawks.

they say anything to take away from a White guy's performance, when a White guy is running its like all of a sudden the line is blocking SO much better and the scheme is so much better, like coordinators never call a play to counter what they think the defense is doing when an afflete is running the ball, and like other runningbacks never get any holes to run through

Luckily my prediction was wrong, the defense got shredded, and Cam didnt look good at all, every time there was pressure he stepped back instead of stepping into the pocket where there was space to throw leading to a lot of sacks. 34 attempts 160 yards, Olsen with 8 catches only 40 yards, there were like 3 targets where he was downfield open and Cam missed him, he could have had 100 yards easily. A td throw with 6 mins to go in the 4th quarter.

39 dropbacks, 2.8 yards per dropback, revolutionizing the position

Tell me about. I am worried about the Pats eking out these victories against bad to mediocre opponents (though they have also eked them out against the Broncos and the Saints).

I keep hoping that if they come into the playoffs with lower expectations, the pressure will be off and they can do some damage (in contrast to the years they've been absolutely dominant then choked in the playoffs).

But every year Brady is a little worse, expectations are a little lower and nevertheless he appears to cinch up in the playoffs. Appears to cinch up OR plays at his actual talent level against pumped up playoff defenses. One has to conclude the latter. After all the mental aspect of the game can not be disentangled from the physical. Especially at quarterback. Performance is performance.

At the post game conference he seemed very light. Excited about the win despite how absurdly ugly it was and how obvious it was they got some critical calls at the end. Not terribly freaked out about the Gronk injury (though also not knowing its extent).

I am thinking this should be his attitude. Grateful for every moment. Screw it. Loosen up. The best years are behind you. Sling 'em and see what happens. Better to go with an upstart, dreaming band of brothers than a group wound so tight, any sign of breakdown throws panic through the ranks. Any way, we'll see how it goes because the window is rapidly closing. Brady's only chance is if he doesn't care.

Nice run by Gerhart. That's not a penelty letting a white boy run the ball like that? Isn't it code-worded something like ineligible ball carrier downfield? Haha.

Tonight was a tale of two QBs. Brees had laser accuracy, was in control and made it look easy. sCam looked confused, was inaccurate and had zero pocket awareness. I don't think he even knows there's a pocket! Soooo glad "The Cam Newton Show" went down in flames tonight-

Brees - Newton was being promoted as a battle of equal titans. Well, we saw how well that worked out.

Yeah, like last week, RGscreen was touted as a dangerous weapon? LOL. The lengths the corrupt league will go to promote their affelets and their anti-white PC agenda. Man, I hope NE goes all the way.

Just some observations:

The Colts need to help Luck out. He is that whole team. Fleener is developing well but they have no one else. Pretty sure I brought this up last week but that dope Grigson better get Luck some reliable players.

Tannehill continues to impress leading his team to victory over one of the most loathsome franchises in the NFL. He did it with both his legs and arm - connecting with Hartline on a beautiful TD pass. It is hilarious how the Redskins past up on staying put and instead sold the farm to get the overrated prima-donna Griffin.

On the topic of the Redskins - what a mess. Shannahan got himself into a huge mess going against that moron Snyder and his affletic black quarterback. Griffin has become bigger than the team and he is showing his true colors as a me-first, pampered player that many of these " new breed" of quarterbacks display. That whole franchise is a joke. It has been a coal-black team for as far as I can remember. They gave up today - Shanahan is on his way out.

Continuing with the quoataback talk - pretty much all of them were mediocre to downright terrible. Campbell had a good game but as his career has shown he will have many more bad performances than good ones. Manuel is almost as bad as Smiff (who had an avg day playing the role of game manager). Wilson and Kaepernick were both pretty unimpressive showing that both teams do thrive off the running game and defense moreso than the QB. Scam had another one of his mediocre performances that will somehow get misconstrued - he is simply not a top caliber QB - the only throws he is comfortable making are short passes to Olsen or short crossing patterns to WRs.

I have heard that the Titans are going to give up on Locker which just goes to show you how the caste system works. Manuel and Smiff both have played terrible this year but their is no talk about them losing their jobs or having any competition come in to vie for the position. Admittedly Locker's issues have been more due to injuries than his play, he has been inconsistent at times but still shows more potential and has play better than both Manuel or Smiff have. So it looks like Ponder, Gabbert and Locker are all going to be out of jobs this offseason. I am sure they will get picked up somewhere else but none of those three guys have been afforded any of the luxuries or job security that either Manuel or Smiff get due to black skin privilege.

Gerhart played well and looks to get more playing time as the season winds down. As long as he plays well we can hope that it will give him an advantage in free agency. Decker, Cameron, Edelman, Hartline and Jordy all played very well today. Woodhead looks to be on pace for 1k yards from the line of scrimmage.

Its no secret that the last 3 games of the season will be a show case for Toby. I am sure he realizes this, based on how he has performed recently. He will show the league that he is a feature type back but I have a bad feeling that the CS will rear its ugly affeletic head. The usual suspects will chime in and say that Toby is a 3rd down back only. As if he is on the same level as that supa affelet Trent Richardson. LOL. Hopefully a White friendly team such as NE will see his ability and snap him up.

Whenever Toby has filled in for Peterson, he has always performed well. I really hope he starts the next 3 games, but AP always gets those crazy eyes whenever Toby comes in to get his one customary carry and give him a breather. He would probably blow a fuse if Toby starts, so I'm not ruling out a miraculous comeback by AP.

One other possibility is that MIN can trade Peterson to another team, who may wish to play his last few years on a playoff contender. Then, staying put might be a good option for Toby. Problem is, they can always draft some afflete and force Toby to share carries. The caste system can screw white players in many different ways.

This is what Toby will be up against:

http://startribune.com/?id=234992841

With the Vikings sitting at 3-9-1 and officially eliminated from the playoffs, Peterson was asked if it would be wise to shut him down for the season regardless of Monday’s test results.

He finished Sunday’s game with seven carries for 13 yards — the second-lowest total of his seven-year career behind only the 3 yards he gained as a rookie at San Francisco.

“No, no, not at all,†he said. “You should have seen me in here trying to get back out there.â€

Peterson initially resisted getting on the cart that took him from the field to the locker room. He was seen jumping up and down, “trying to see if the pain was going to subside a little bit. But it didn’t.â€

He also stayed in uniform in the locker room during the third quarter. He tried taping the foot and then testing it by walking, jogging and getting up on his toes.

“Finally, I was like, ‘I’m not going to be able to go,’ †said Peterson, who lost the NFL rushing lead. With 217 yards against the Lions, LeSean McCoy now leads Peterson 1,305 to 1,221.

Don't get me wrong, I'm NOT an Adrian Peterson fan...but I've seen a lot of claims around these forums to the tune of "AP doesn't want Gerhart to get any carries" or "AP comes back from injury quicker than he should just to make sure Gerhart can't start a game" or some-such, and what I've wondered for quite some time is, don't you guys think that he'd react much the same way if Gerhart were black? I mean, virtually any featured back wouldn't want his backup to get many carries regardless of what race he is. It's in AP's best interests for everyone to think he's the heart of the Vikings offense (because this will affect the size of the contracts he gets offered in the future) and not a "system back" so I suspect that even if Gerhart were black he still wouldn't want to give him many opportunities.
